BROOKLYN PARK AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Fifth Ave., 400 block, 1:24 a.m. July 31. Three males were seen tampering with vehicles. When police arrived, the males ran through yards and jumped over fences. Two Brooklyn Park males, 14 and 17, were charged with rogue and vagabond and released to their parents.

Ritchie Hwy., 5100 block, 10:25 p.m. Aug. 6. Five people broke into a store through a rear door and removed merchandise. Three Brooklyn Park males, ages 13-15, and one Brooklyn Park man, 19, were charged with burglary.

CROFTON AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Duke of Kent Dr., 1400 block, 9:27 p.m. July 27. An elementary school was broken into twice; nothing was reported stolen.

GLEN BURNIE AREA
ROBBERIES

Ritchie Hwy., 7300 block, 12:17 p.m. Aug. 4. A bank was robbed by a man who gave a note to a teller and demanded cash.

HANOVER AREA
HOMICIDES

Ridge Rd., 7800 block, 1 a.m. Aug. 7. During a robbery at a gas station, a male clerk from Glen Burnie, 49, was fatally shot.

LINTHICUM AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Cabin Branch Lane, 10 a.m. Aug. 3. Copper wire was stolen from a substation, causing a power outage. The thief might have been burned.

Hammonds Ferry Rd., 200 block, 10:47 a.m, Aug. 1. A male posing as a worker from a water company entered a home saying he wanted to check a water leak. When the male left, property was missing.

PASADENA AREA
ROBBERIES

Ashberry Lane, 9:55 p.m. Aug. 4. An 18-year-old man was punched and kicked by two males. When he fell, the males took cash from his pants and wallet and fled.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Mountain Rd., 4:20 a.m. July 31. Police saw two males at a closed car dealership. It was discovered that the engine of a vehicle at the dealership was running, and an iPod had been stolen from another vehicle. Two Baltimore men, 19 and 21, were charged with theft, possession of burglary tools, and rogue and vagabond.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Blackwell Rd., 1000 block, 3 p.m. July 28 to 8 a.m. July 29. A wallet and a GPS device were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Brewer Ave., 100 block, 2:15 to 3:25 p.m. Aug. 5. Three TV receivers were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Chase St., 700 block, 3:20 a.m. July 31. Rear doors and a vending machine at a middle school were forced open. Nothing was reported stolen.

Childs Point Rd., 700 block, 3 to 6 p.m. Aug. 4. Two bicycles were stolen from an open garage.

Childs Point Rd., 700 block, 10 p.m. Aug. 3 to 7 p.m. Aug. 5. A mountain bicycle was stolen from an open garage.

Garden Gate Lane, 200 block, 9 p.m. Aug. 3 to 4 a.m. Aug. 4. A scooter, a helmet, glasses and goggles were stolen from a rear patio at a home.

Janwall St., 200 block, 3 p.m. July 24 to 8 a.m. July 28. Cash was stolen from a vending machine at an elementary school.

Kensington Way, 1000 block, 9 to 11:15 p.m. Aug. 1. Video games and video consoles were stolen from a home.

Lafayette Ave., 100 block, 8 p.m. July 28 to 7 p.m. July 31. An iPhone was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Norwood Rd., 200 block, 9:30 p.m. Aug. 5 to 10:45 a.m. Aug. 6. A window of a vehicle was shattered, and a purse was stolen from a front seat. The purse, missing cash, was found on a neighbor’s vehicle.

Old Solomons Island Rd., 200 block, 4 to 9 p.m. Aug. 5. A bicycle was stolen from a bike rack.

Pearson Point, 700 block, July 23. A bicycle was stolen. On Aug. 3, an Annapolis male, 14, was charged with theft.

Pinemont Pl., 1100 block, 8 p.m. July 31 to 9:25 p.m. Aug. 5. A camera, a video game unit and a vacuum cleaner were stolen from a home.

Rosewood St., 100 block, 8 p.m. Aug. 3 to 5:45 a.m. Aug. 4. A lawn mower, a leaf blower and a plastic gas can were stolen from a garage.

Silverwood Cir., 10 p.m. Aug. 3 to 11 a.m. Aug. 4. Two unlocked vehicles were entered. Nothing was reported stolen.

Silverwood Cir., Aug. 5. A wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Thompson St., 9 a.m. July 18 to 2 p.m. July 30. A bicycle was stolen from an unlocked shed.

Cradlerock Way, 7200 block, 12:10 a.m. Aug. 1. A group of 10 male youths attempted to steal a bicycle from a male.

ASSAULTS

Spinning Seed, 3:35 a.m. Aug. 1. During a fight, two people were assaulted and robbed of cellphones.

Blue Pool, 8900 block, 2 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 3. Cash, house keys and documents were stolen from a home.

Hayshed Lane, 8500 block, 1:07 p.m. Aug. 3. A bicycle and a helmet were stolen from a garage.

North Penfield Rd., 9400 block, 7 p.m. Aug. 2 to 6:30 a.m. Aug. 3. A bicycle was stolen from a garage.

Rainleaf Ct., 9800 block, 2:30 to 4:50 p.m. July 31. Property was stolen from a home. A girl, 13, was charged with burglary.

Tricross Dr., 5600 block, 3:23 p.m. Aug. 2. A woman was found in a vacant home. An Ellicott City woman, 36, was charged with third- and fourth-degree burglary, trespassing and malicious destruction of property.

Woof River Lane, Herbert Dr., Racegate Run and Delphinium Ct., Aug. 2. Property was stolen from five vehicles.

ELKRIDGE AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Montgomery Rd., 7000 block, 10:28 p.m. Aug. 4. Three males were seen fleeing from an elementary school. An Elkridge man, 23, was charged with second-degree burglary, two counts of fourth-degree burglary, theft, trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia. An Elkridge man, 22, and a Baltimore man, 20, were charged with second- and fourth-degree burglary, theft, trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Montgomery Rd., 6800 block, 12:19 a.m. Aug. 4. Clothing, empty bottles and other items were found at a vacant property.

Montgomery Rd., 6800 block, 9:14 p.m. Aug. 5. Copper wire was stolen from a vacant home. An Elkridge man, 24, was charged with burglary, malicious destruction of property, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft.

ELLICOTT CITY AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Oak Green Cir., 3000 block, noon Aug. 5 to 12:50 a.m. Aug. 6. Property was stolen from an apartment.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Learned Sage, 2:30 a.m. Aug. 4. A 2013 Hyundai Sonata was stolen. Two male youths were arrested, and the vehicle was recovered.

North Ridge Rd., 3300 block, 7:59 p.m. July 31. A 1999 Lexus was stolen.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Covered Wagon Dr., 9700 block, July 26 to Aug. 2. A front door of a building was kicked open. Nothing was reported stolen.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Washington Blvd., 8200 block, 10:36 a.m. Aug. 4. A motorcycle was stolen.
