Baby owl ditches nest for fence

Baby owl leaves the nest: Loudoun St., Lovettsville, May 13. A baby owl was reported to be sitting on a fence and not moving. An animal control officer obeserved signs of a nearby nest, so the officer took the owl to a wildlife rehabilitation facility.
