Crash test dummy doesn’t make the grade
Problems with a child-size crash test dummy have prompted the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to propose safety standards for seats aimed at children over 65 pounds but delay some regulations until it can improve the dummy’s ability to accurately mimic real children.
