Baltimore woman killed in domestic dispute in Loudoun, authorities say

A Baltimore woman was shot and killed Tuesday after a domestic dispute just north of Leesburg, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said.

According to the sheriff’s office, Kelvin N. Forde, 50, of Baltimore was charged in the death of Ruby C. Forde, 55.

The huband and wife were reportedly on their way from Maryland to visit relatives in Loudoun, when an altercation ensued, the sheriff’s office said.

Deputies were called around 10:40 a.m. after gunfire was heard in the area of Woolsthorpe Drive and Hambrick Manor Lane, authorities said. .

They said the woman was found dead at the scene.
