Plenty of fans wear gear supporting their favored teams. Now, one man is apparently showing his affinity for the Detroit Lions by wearing a blue and black baseball hat with the team’s name while robbing two banks.

The FBI is looking for a man in his 40s who they said has robbed two banks in Montgomery County while wearing a Lions cap.

The man robbed a Capital One bank at 11241 Georgia Avenue on Monday and another Capital One bank at 11261 New Hampshire Avenue on April 21, authorities say. Both banks are in Silver Spring.

The FBI said the man hands the tellers a note demanding money and threatening to use a weapon.

He is also wanted in an attempted bank robbery on April 21 at a Wells Fargo bank at 2320 Ashton Street in Baltimore. A bank employee approached him while he was standing in line and he left the bank without incident, according to the FBI.
