A Laurel man has been arrested after police said he stabbed his boss with a knife at work.

At about 5 p.m. Thursday, 35-year-old Robert Pandohie Jr’s boss was confronting him about his attendance as a maintenance worker at an apartment complex in the 9500 block of Muirkirk Road, Prince George’s Police said.

During the talk, police said, Pandohie stabbed and cut his boss with a knife. The two men struggled, and the boss was able to wrestle the knife away from Pandohie, authorities said. The boss had several stab wounds and cuts, but his injuries were not life threatening.

Police have charged Pandohie with first- and second-degree assault in connection with the incident.
