Maid service owner accused of stealing $100,000 in jewelry from Purcellville home

October 29, 2013

Police in Loudoun County say the owner of a maid service business stole $100,000 worth of jewelry from a home in Purcellville.

Milagro M. Villatoro, 47, of Arlington, is charged with grand larceny and obstruction of justice. Police say she stole jewelry from a house in the 16200 block of Shiloh’s Run Court. The theft occurred between Oct. 3 and Oct. 14, authorities said.

Villatoro owns Mily’s Maid Service in Arlington. She also goes by the name Milagro Flores, according to police.

Investigators in the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office believe there are additional victims who used the maid service or may have given Villatoro access to their houses and not realized items were stolen, authorities said.

Those with information are asked to call the sheriff’s office at 703-737-8757.
