Police: More than 100 charged in broad No. Va. sweep

Officers made arrests for a range of offenses from possession of stolen property to attempted murder-for-hire, police said.
Officers seized more than $560,000, 23 guns, two ballistic vests, a variety of stolen property and narcotics.
Crime analysts and officers identified the area as one that needed increased policing. The enforcement covered the lower portion of Richmond Highway extending from Fairfax County into Prince William County.
Fairfax And Prince William county police, as well as Virginia State Police, were involved.
