Pr. George’s police arrest Oxon Hill man in connection with slaying

Prince George’s County police said investigators arrested a 36-year-old man in connection with the murder of a Southeast D.C. man in Oxon Hill.

Authorities took the man, identified as Antjuon Onhale Riddick, of Wilson Bridge Drive in Oxon Hill, into custody Monday. He was charged with first-degree murder.

Police said investigators believe Riddick is connected to the Saturday night murder of Kenneth Antoine Jones.

Officers found Jones, who was also 36, in the 5000 block of Glassmanor Drive after a shooting report around 11:50 p.m. Saturday. Authorities said Jones had apparent gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police did not immediately reveal what linked Riddick to Jones’s killing.
