The first robbery was reported about 11 p.m. in the 3200 block of 28th Street SE. Police issued an alert for three suspects.
The second robbery was reported at 11:37 p.m. at Congress Street and 11th Place SE. Two robbers were described: one with braids who wore shorts, the other in a dark jacket and jeans.
The third robbery occurred five minutes before midnight in the 2200 block of Martin Luther King Avenue SE. One robber was described in that incident: a bearded, 5-foot-7 man, 24 to 25 years old and wearing a gray hood, jeans and black and gray tennis shoes.Police indicated he fled in a car.
