Owner leaves cat: First St. SE, 3700 block, Feb. 13. A cat was abandoned outside.
Adoptable cat: Georgia Ave. NW, 7300 block, Nov. 17. A 5-year-old cat that was left by a family that moved was taken to the shelter.
