Closed last Thursday because of a failure to minimize insects, rodents and other pests, and for operating without hot water. Reopened the next day.

Bibiana

1100 New York Ave. NW

Closed March 31 because of a failure to minimize insects, rodents and other pests. Reopened the next day.

Heritage India

1901 Pennsylvania Ave. NW

Closed last Thursday because of a failure to minimize insects, rodents and other pests. Reopened the next day.

417 Morse St. NE

Closed April 2 because of a sewage backup and for operating without hot water.

J & P Cafeteria

1301 Fourth St. NE

Closed April 2 because of a failure to minimize insects, rodents and other pests, and for gross unsanitary conditions.

Lucky’s Cafe

777 North Capitol St. NE

Closed April 2 for operating without hot water and because of circumstances that might endanger public health. Reopened the next day.

Toki Underground

1309 Fifth St. NE

Closed March 27 for operating without a license and for gross unsanitary conditions, including vermin. Reopened April 1.

MARYLAND

Chicken Out

15780 Shady Grove Rd., Gaithersburg

Closed April 1 for operating without hot water. Reopened that day.

VIRGINIA

No new closings were reported.
