Vote margins for Sekou Biddle and Vincent Orange
Vincent B. Orange and Sekou Biddle almost split the District down the middle in Tuesday's Democratic primary for Orange's at-large seat on the D.C. Council. In unofficial results, Orange led by fewer than 600 votes, or about four votes per precinct. Thousands of absentee and special ballots remained to be counted.
