Pushing for a new toll road from Petersburg to Norfolk

Virginia Gov. Robert F. McDonnell is championing a 55-mile toll road to support commercial development in the area of the Port of Virginia in Norfolk. But the project is not getting the support of the state’s trucking industry. Read related article.
