Nov. 22, 2011 - According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Maryland, developer and Laurel physician Mirza H. Baig is seen handing former Prince George's County Executive Jack B. Johnson $15,000 in cash. Later footage shows Johnson talking with Baig about potential prosecution. Baig is one of the co-conspirators in a "pay-to-play" scheme involving several developers.
