Across from the site on the Mall where the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture is being built, Jhunio Medina joins the chant of "Our city! Our jobs!" About 120 people participated in the protest against Clark Construction, saying that more D.C. residents, especially people of color, should be hired to work on the project.
