Demographic support of Maryland ballot measures
Patterns of support varied widely across Maryland on Nov. 6 as voters approved same-sex marriage, expansion of gambling and the state’s Dream Act (in-state tuition for undocumented immigrants). These maps show Election Day voting in more than 1,800 precincts and chart how the three ballot questions fared in groups based on each precinct’s typical income, predominant race and urbanization.
