FAIR OAKS DISTRICT
INDECENT EXPOSURE
Sunrise Valley Dr. and Saywoard Blvd. , 7:20 p.m. Aug. 28. A motorist stopped his vehicle and asked a female pedestrian a question, then exposed himself to her. A 19-year-old Herndon man was charged with indecent exposure.
ASSAULTS
Clifford Dr., 9800 block, 1:20 a.m. Aug. 28. A person was stabbed in the neck. The person was treated at a hospital. The incident was under investigation.
Shoppes Lane, 12700 block, 2:20 a.m. Aug. 29. Two intoxicated people banged on a door of a restaurant. When an employee opened the door to tell them that the dining room was closed, they assaulted the employee, then fled.
ROBBERIES
James Swart Cir., 11200 block, 11:45 p.m. Aug. 24. Two men chased a man on a sidewalk, struck him and took his iPad.
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
Autumn Woods Way, 13100 block. Jewelry was stolen from a residence.
Casto Dr., 3100 block. License plates were stolen from a vehicle.
Fair Lakes Promenade Dr., 12100 block. Three shirts were stolen from a business.
Fair Oaks Shopping Center, 11700 block. A cellphone was stolen from a business.
Fair Oaks Shopping Center, 12000 block. A cellphone was stolen from a business.
Flint Hill Rd.,2400 block, 9:50 p.m. Aug. 23. Police responded to a silent alarm at a school and arrested to males. Two Fairfax males, 18 and 19, were charged with unlawful entry.
Grand Commons Ave., 11900 block. A bicycle was stolen from a residence.
James Swart Cir., 11200 block. Liquor was stolen from a business.
Kings Crown Ct., 9700 block. A license plate was stolen from a vehicle.
Lee Hwy., 14600 block. Cellphones were stolen from a business.
Lee Hwy., 15900 block. A cellphone was stolen from a residence.
Lee Hwy., 11100 block. A TV was stolen from a business.
Park Vista Blvd.,11600 block, 7:20 a.m. Aug. 23. Jewelry was stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked door.
Summit Dr., 5200 block. A cellphone was stolen from a vehicle.
Summit Dr., 5200 block. Cash was stolen from a vehicle.
Summit Dr., 5300 block. Cash was stolen from vehicles.
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS
Poplar Leaf Ct., 9500 block. A 2004 Suzuki GSXR600 motorcycle was stolen.
Potomac Crossing Way, 11700 block. A 2007 Honda Accord was stolen.
FRANCONIA DISTRICT
ASSAULTS
Commerce St., 7000 block, 12:40 p.m. Aug. 28. A restaurant manager confronted a male who had left the business after not paying for soda. The male then grabbed and pushed the manager. A 17-year-old boy was charged with shoplifting and assault.
Elmwood Dr.,3400 block, 2:30 p.m. Aug. 24. A person ordered a visitor at a residence to leave, then punched him. A second person also punched him. An 18-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman, both of Alexandria, were charged with assault.
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
Barry Rd., 7100 block. Tools were stolen from a residence.
Belvoir Woods Pkwy.,9100 block, 4:45 p.m. Aug. 24. Jewelry was stolen from a residence.
Commerce St., 6800 block. A license plate was stolen from a vehicle.
Commerce St., 7200 block. A cellphone was stolen from a residence.
