INDECENT EXPOSURE

Hickory Grove Ct., 3000 block, 7:11 p.m. Sept. 3. A man wearing a mask exposed himself.

ROBBERIES

Fair Lakes Pkwy. and Monument Dr., 9:15 p.m. Sept. 1. Three males assaulted a male and robbed him of a cellphone and cash.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Bradley Acres, 2800 block. A power washer was stolen from a residence.

Fair Lakes Shopping Center, 13000 block. A wallet was stolen from a business.

Fair Oaks Shopping Center, 11700 block. Jewelry was stolen from a business.

Grays Pointe Rd., 12900 block. Two bicycles were stolen from a business.

Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy., 12300 block. Two chain saws were stolen from a vehicle.

Maltese Lane, 13100 block. Tools were stolen from a vehicle.

Martinhoe Dr., 10200 block. Diamond earrings were stolen from a business.

Nonquitt Dr., 9600 block. Headphones were stolen from a residence.

Valestra Cir., 2700 block. Three handguns were stolen from a residence.

FRANCONIA DISTRICT

ASSAULTS

Willowood Lane, 6300 block, 3 p.m. Aug. 31. A police officer was injured while talking to people who had been involved a dispute at a home. A woman slammed a front door, injuring the officer’s leg and foot. A 30-year-old woman was charged with felony assault of a law enforcement officer.

ROBBERIES

South Van Dorn St., 5700 block, 8 p.m. Aug. 30. A man jumped over a counter and robbed a business of cash.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Ashley Pl., 6100 block. A wallet was stolen from a vehicle.

Beulah St., 7800 block, Sept. 3. Cash was stolen from a business.

Bradlick Shopping Center, 6900 block. A wallet was stolen from a business.

Brookfield Plaza, 7000 block, 5:25 a.m. Sept. 1. Cash and drinks were stolen from a business entered through a rear door.

Cumberland Ave., 6100 block. A money order was stolen from a business.

Dubin Dr., 6200 block, 6 a.m. Sept. 5. Electronic equipment and cash were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked rear door.

Elmwood Dr., 3400 block. Cash was stolen from a residence.

Fallswood Way, 7600 block, 11:30 p.m. Sept. 2. A resident saw a stranger in her home and on a deck. The residence had been entered through an unlocked rear door.

Floyd Ave., 7300 block. Items were stolen from a vehicle.

Harrover Pl., 9000 block. A Social Security card and a credit card were stolen from a residence.

Hayfield Rd., 7600 block. CDs and a security badge were stolen from a vehicle.

Leestone St., 7000 block. Property was stolen from a vehicle.

Lorton Station Blvd., 9000 block, 7:15 a.m. Sept. 5. Cash was stolen from a business entered by breaking a window.

Squire Lane, 6100 block, 3 p.m. Sept. 2. Jewelry was stolen from a residence.

ROBBERIES

Argyle and Glen Carlyn drives, 12:20 a.m. Sept. 1. Two men with a knife robbed a 24-year-old man of his backpack and cellphone.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Argyle Dr., 6000 block. Property was stolen from a vehicle.

Estabrook Dr., 4000 block. Tools were stolen from a vehicle.

Evergreen Lane, 4300 block. A statue was stolen from a residence.

Glenmont St., 6700 block. A radio and a Global Positioning System device were stolen from a vehicle.

Juniper Lane, 3200 block, 8:25 p.m. Aug. 30. Several items were stolen from a residence entered by forcing a garage door.

Little River Tpk., 6200 block. Five cases of beer were stolen from a business.

Little River Tpk., 6200 block. Liquor was stolen from a business.

Longstreet Ct., 3900 block, 4:30 p.m. Aug. 31. Two iPads, two iPhones and jewelry were stolen from a residence.

Marc Dr., 7500 block. A cellphone was stolen from a business.

Patrick Henry Dr., 3000 block. Registration stickers were stolen from a vehicle.

Richardson Dr., 5200 block. Tools were stolen from a vehicle.

South Jefferson St., 3500 block. A cellphone was stolen from a business.

Stuart Ct., 3800 block. Two backpack blowers and an edge trimmer were stolen from a vehicle.

Tom Davis Dr., 4200 block. A backpack, books and a wallet were stolen from a vehicle.

ROBBERIES

Monticello Dr., 3100 block, 8:18 a.m. Sept. 2. Two men struck a male as he got out of his car at his home and took his wallet and cellphone.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Arlington Blvd., 7200 block. Beer was stolen from a business.

Banbury Ct., 900 block, 9 a.m. Sept. 1. Cash was stolen from an unlocked vehicle inside a garage. The garage was entered through an unlocked side door.

Chain Bridge Rd., 1900 block. Merchandise was stolen from a business.

Graham Rd., 3000 block, 5 p.m. Aug. 31. The interior of a community center was damaged.

International Dr., 2200 block. Three purses were stolen from a business.

Kimberwicke Rd., 1000 block, 7:30 a.m. Sept. 1. Cash was stolen from an unlocked vehicle inside a garage entered through an unlocked side door.

Margie Dr., 1700 block, Sept. 2. A building was entered, and property was destroyed.

Merrilee Dr., 2800 block. A drill and four batteries were stolen from a business.

Riding Ridge Pl., 8300 block, 4:4 a.m. Sept. 1. Two unlocked vehicles in an open garage were entered, and an alarm sounded when an unlocked door of the house was opened. Nothing was reported missing.

Shelby Lane, 2600 block. A cellphone was stolen from a business.

Turning Leaf Lane, 8300 block. Jewelry was stolen from a residence.

Weller Ave., 8300 block. Credit cards were stolen from a residence.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Chain Bridge Rd., 1900 block. An Isuzu was stolen.

Lee Hwy., 9300 block. A 2005 Suzuki motorcycle was stolen.

Whittier Ave., 6800 block. A Mercedes-Benz E350 was stolen.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

Richmond Hwy., 7600 block, 7 a.m. Sept. 4. A man at a bus stop exposed himself. A 54-year-old man of no fixed address was charged with indecent exposure and public drunkenness.

ASSAULTS

Richmond Hwy. and Arlington Dr., 4 p.m. Aug. 31. During a traffic altercation, a driver threw coffee through an open car window, striking a woman and damaging her cellphone. A 31-year-old man was charged with assault and destruction of property.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Belle Haven Marina, block. A cellphone and two purses were stolen from a vehicle.

Belvedere Dr., 7800 block. Jewelry was stolen from a residence.

Benecia Ct., 8400 block. A Global Positioning System device was stolen from a vehicle.

Candlewood Dr., 7800 block, 9:15 p.m. Sept. 2. Computer equipment and jewelry were stolen from a residence.

Falkstone Lane, 8700 block. A purse was stolen from a vehicle.

Fordson Ct., 3000 block. A pair of shoes and cash were stolen from a vehicle.

Gramercy Cir., 4300 block. License plates were stolen from a vehicle.

Freedom Pl., 11900 block, 2:20 a.m. Sept. 1. Six males assaulted three men in a parking garage. A 27-year-old man was treated for injuries.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Becontree Lane, 1600 block. Sneakers were stolen from a business.

Breton Ct., 11800 block, 7:15 a.m. Sept. 5. A laptop computer and a purse were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked rear door.

Edmund Halley Dr., 2000 block. Copper fittings were stolen from a business.

Hunters Woods Plaza, 2300 block. A box of shoes were stolen from a business.

Leigh Mill Rd., 1100 block. A credit card and cash were stolen from a residence.

Leigh Mill Rd., 1100 block. Two watches were stolen from a residence.

Park Center Rd., 13800 block. A cellphone was stolen from a business.

Ridge Heights Rd., 11400 block. Cash was stolen from a vehicle.

Springvale Rd., 500 block. Five political signs were stolen from a residence.

Green Trails Blvd., 14300 block. Cameras were stolen from a school.

Lee Rd., 14700 block. Tools were stolen from a business.

Stilsby Ct., 14500 block. A generator and two drills were stolen from a vehicle.

Stone Rd., 5600 block, 8 p.m. Sept. 4. Beer was stolen from a business. A man was stopped by an off-duty sheriff’s deputy. After being placed in a police vehicle, the man broke a window. A 22-year-old man of no fixed address was charged with felony larceny and destruction of property.

Trans World Ave., 14500 block. Jewelry was stolen from a residence.

Washington St., 11900 block. Cash was stolen from a vehicle.

Woodmere Dr., 5100 block. Tools were stolen from a vehicle.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Trillium House Lane, 6500 block. A 1998 Ford Ranger was stolen.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT

ASSAULTS

Burke Centre Pkwy. and Wilmington Dr., 1 a.m. Sept. 5. A man pointed a handgun at a person after a traffic disagreement. A 19-year-old Springfield man was charged with brandishing a weapon.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Ashmeade Dr., 9300 block, 7 a.m. Sept. 2. A juvenile was seen taking a bicycle from a yard to a nearby van. Police found five male juveniles and stolen property, including bicycles, jewelry and Global Positioning System devices. The juveniles were released to a guardian. The case was under investigation.

Aylor Rd., 5400 block. A statue was stolen from a residence.

Bayard Pl., 9200 block. A cellphone was stolen from a residence.

Blue Oak Ct., 8400 block, 9:30 p.m. Sept. 2. An intruder was found in a vacant home, where he had been sleeping. The residence had been entered by breaking a realty lockbox containing a key. A 30-year-old Vienna man was charged with unlawful entry.

Burke Lake Rd., 9200 block. A cellphone was stolen from a school.

Forest Breeze Ct., 9100 block. Tools were stolen from a vehicle.

Governor Yardley Dr., 5400 block, 5:30 p.m. Sept. 1. Several coins were stolen from a residence entered by forcing a basement door.

Harford Lane, 5000 block. Bullets and other property were stolen from a vehicle.

Harford Lane, 5000 block. A wallet was stolen from a vehicle.

La Crosse Ct., 5500 block. Tools were stolen from a vehicle.

Parkman Ct., 4700 block. Tools were stolen from a vehicle.

Rolling Rd., 6100 block. A laptop computer was stolen from a vehicle.

Rolling Rd., 7900 block. A lottery ticket was stolen from a business.

Rolling Rd., 8000 block, 2 a.m. Sept. 4. Police, responding to a burglar alarm at a business, found a broken front glass door. Merchandise was stolen.

Truro Ct., 8100 block. Medication was stolen from a residence.

Fisteris Ct., 9100 block. A 2005 Suzuki motorcycle was stolen.

Fairfax Blvd., 9500 block, 9 p.m. Sept. 1 to 9:34 a.m. Sept. 2. Cigarettes were stolen from a gas station.

Fairfax Blvd., 11100 block, June 28. A purse containing credit cards was stolen from an office. A 42-year-old District man was arrested and charged with credit card theft, credit card fraud and grand larceny.

Farrcroft Dr., 10100 block, 5:30 p.m. Aug. 31 to 11:08 a.m. Sept. 2. Coins, a purse and a pair of sunglasses were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Glendale Way, 4000 block, 5 p.m. Aug. 29 to 7 a.m. Aug. 30. Copper pipe was stolen from four townhouses under construction, and air conditioners were damaged.

Hill St., 3400 block, May 23 to Sept. 4. A package containing a laptop computer was stolen after it was delivered to a residence.

John Mason Pl., 10000 block, 9 a.m. Sept. 1 to 7:12 p.m. Sept. 2. Coins and a pair of sunglasses were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Main St., 9600 block, 3 to 3:30 p.m. Sept. 3. A female at a store put merchandise into her purse and left.

Wilcoxson Dr., 3800 block, 9 p.m. Sept. 1 to 10:07 a.m. Sept. 2. A pair of swimming trunks was stolen from a vehicle.

Broad St. W., 1200 block, Aug. 31. A nude man attempted to make sexual advances in a massage business.

ASSAULTS

Broad St. W., 300 block, Sept. 3. A 36-year-old Woodbridge man was arrested at a motel in connection with assault, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and public drunkenness.

Broad St. W.,900 block, Aug. 29. A 37-year-old Falls Church man was arrested in connection with the assault of a family member.

ROBBERIES

Wilson Blvd., 6600 block, Sept. 1. A person in a parking lot demanded cash from an acquaintance who owed the person money. The person then took cash from the acquaintance.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Broad St. W., 100 block, Aug. 28. Silverware was stolen from a restaurant.

Columbia St. W.,300 block, Aug. 31. Cash was stolen from two unlocked vehicles.

Shadow Walk, 300 block, Aug. 31. Cash was stolen from a vehicle in an unlocked garage.

Reneau Way, 400 block, 11:59 p.m. Aug. 28. A person assaulted an acquaintance.

Springtide Pl., 1200 block, 9:16 a.m. Sept. 2. A 39-year-old Herndon man was arrested in connection with assault.

Elden St., 400 block, 11:17 p.m. July 26 to 11:17 p.m. Aug. 20. A trash bin for grease was stolen.

Elden St., 400 block, 4:25 p.m. Aug. 30. A juvenile attempted to shoplift merchandise from a business.

Elden St., 400 block, 7 p.m. Sept. 1. A 35-year-old Herndon man was arrested in connection with larceny.

Elden St., 1200 block, 11 p.m. Sept. 1 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 2. Vehicle registration stickers were stolen from a vehicle.

Monroe St., 600 block, 3:13 a.m. Aug. 27. A cash register, money and beauty supplies were stolen from a business.

VANDALISM

Herndon Pkwy., 1200 block, 1:05 p.m. Aug. 30. A fence around a pool was damaged.

Queens Ct., 1000 block, 11:09 p.m. Aug. 29. Tires of a vehicle were slashed.

Church St. NW, 100 block, 12:30 to 3:45 p.m. Aug. 30. An iPhone was stolen from an employee area of a restaurant.

Echols St. SE, 1000 block, 4 to 9 p.m. Aug. 31. A bicycle was stolen after it was left behind bushes in front of a residence.
