Bradford Wood Ct., 3100 block, 1 p.m. Sept. 24. Cash and jewelry were stolen from a residence entered by forcing a rear window.

ASSAULTS

Frontier Dr., 6800 block, 8:10 p.m. Sept. 23. A man at a bus stop taunted a girl and a boy, then began fighting with the boy. The man assaulted the girl when she attempted to intervene. A 19-year-old Lorton man was arrested.

Kingstowne Center 5800 block, 3 p.m. Sept. 20. A gunman robbed a person of cash at an ATM.

PEEPING TOM INCIDENTS

Marshall Dr., 6100 block, 2:50 a.m. Sept. 26. A man looked into a residence through a bedroom window, then fled.

Glen Carlyn Dr., 3300 block, 4 a.m. Sept. 19. Two men robbed a man of cash and a cellphone at gunpoint. A 30-year-old Arlington County man and a 19-year-old Falls Church man were arrested.

Annandale Rd., 4200 block, 10:20 a.m. Sept. 21. Someone entered a business under construction by breaking a rear window. Nothing was reported stolen.

Colony Ct., 4500 block, 3:35 a.m. Sept. 23. During an argument, two men assaulted a third man. Two Alexandria men, 31 and 40, were arrested.

ROBBERIES

Richmond Hwy., 5900 block, 11 p.m. Sept. 26. A gunman robbed a store clerk of cash.

Richmond Hwy., 7800 block, 8:30 p.m. Sept. 22. A man and another person attempted to steal beer from a store. An employee attempted to grab the beer, and the man pushed her. A 21-year-old Woodbridge man was arrested.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Birchlake Ct., 4300 block. A license plate was stolen from a vehicle.

Elba Rd., 7600 block. Political signs were stolen from a residence.

Fairglen Dr., 4200 block, 7 p.m. Sept. 23. A man went to an acquaintance’s residence with a group of people and refused to leave when asked to do so. An 18-year-old Alexandria man was arrested.

McNair Dr., 9000 block. A diamond ring was stolen from a residence.

North Kings Hwy., 6200 block. Liquor was stolen from a business.

Old Mount Vernon Rd., 8500 block. A wallet was stolen from a school.

Fairfax City

ASSAULTS

Fairfax Blvd., 10800 block, 11:10 p.m. Sept. 25. A man, arrested on suspicion of public drunkenness, became uncooperative while appearing before a magistrate and kicked a police officer. A 51-year-old New Hampshire man was charged with assaulting a law enforcement officer and public drunkenness.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Allison Ct., 4200 block, 10:24 p.m. Sept. 22. A male arriving home observed two men carrying a bag out his front door. A computer, a video game controller, video games and other items were missing from his residence. A 22-year-old Fairfax City man and a 24-year-old Alexandria man were arrested and charged with burglary and grand larceny.

Cedar Ave., 10600 block, Sept. 17 to Sept. 24. A high school building was entered by breaking a window. Nothing was reported missing.

Fairfax Blvd., 10000 block, 5:32 p.m. Sept. 19. A female stole merchandise from a pharmacy.

Fairfax Blvd., 11000 block, Sept. 16. A female bought a new vehicle by using false information on her credit application and presenting a fraudulent check. Warrants were obtained charging her with grand larceny, writing a bad check, procuring a vehicle with intent to defraud and identity fraud.

Lee Hwy., 11000 block, 2:94 p.m. Sept. 22. A man put merchandise into a bag at a store and left.

Main St., 9600 block, 12:44 p.m. Sept. 23. A male put four laptop computers into two bags at a store and left. He dropped the bags and fled in a vehicle after employees followed him out of the store.

Main St., 9600 block, Sept. 21. A credit card, stolen from an office at Tysons Corner, was used at two businesses in the City of Fairfax. Warrants charging a Fairfax City woman with credit card fraud were issued.

University Dr., 3900 block, 2:24 p.m. Sept. 15. A man concealed a bottle of wine in his pants at a convenience store and left. A 59-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Fairfax Blvd., 11000 block, Aug. 16. A male stole a vehicle from an auto dealership. A male was arrested in Maryland after he was found driving the vehicle. On Sept. 20, the 26-year-old man was extradited from Maryland and charged with grand larceny auto and driving with a revoked driver’s license.

VANDALISM

Addison Rd., 4100 block, 6 p.m. Sept. 17 to 9 p.m. Sept. 18. Siding on a residence was cut and ripped.
