Fairfax Woods Way, 11700 block, 12:45 a.m. Nov. 8. A man standing outside a window exposed himself to a person working at a computer. He fled when confronted.

Bridgend Run, 12100 block. A laptop computer was stolen from a residence.

Chain Bridge Rd., 2900 block. A bottle of liquor was stolen from a business.

Chain Bridge Rd., 2900 block. Two tablet computers were stolen from a business.

ASSAULTS

Eaton Woods Pl., 9600 block, 1:45 a.m. Nov. 10. A teenager broke into the residence of an acquaintance, then fled as police arrived. A 17-year-old Woodbridge male was charged with assault on a police officer, burglary and underage possession of alcohol.

ROBBERIES

Backlick Rd., 6100 block, 11:35 p.m. Nov. 10. Two men robbed a man at knifepoint. The victim was taken to a hospital.

Center Dr., 5800 block, 9 p.m. Nov. 9. Two people threatened a man and robbed him of a cellphone and a watch.

Callcott Way, 5700 block, 12:30 p.m. Nov. 13. Jewelry was among property stolen from a residence entered by forcing a window.

INDECENT EXPOSURE INCIDENTS

Bellview Dr., 6000 block, 5 p.m. Nov. 9. A man exposed himself to people at a soccer field.

ASSAULTS

Manitoba Dr., 4900 block, 11:40 p.m. Nov. 10. During an argument at a residence, a woman was cut on the finger by a man holding a knife. She was treated at a hospital for her injury. A malicious wounding warrant and an emergency protective order were issued.

Patrick Henry and Willston drives, 11:10 p.m. Nov. 10. Two men attacked a pedestrian and robbed him of a wallet. The victim was treated at a hospital for a stab wound.

ROBBERIES

Arlington Blvd., 6100 block, 3 a.m. Nov. 9. Two people attacked a man as he got off a bus and demanded property. After the man resisted, the assailants fled empty-handed.

Glen Carlyn Dr., 3300 block, 3:10 p.m. Nov. 10. Two men, one with a knife, demanded a guitar from a man standing near a vehicle. After he locked the instrument in the trunk, the men fled with his sunglasses.

Greenway Blvd., 3100 block, 9:30 a.m. Nov. 10. A man asked a pedestrian for cash, then grabbed him. After a brief struggle, the assailant fled empty-handed.

Beachway Dr., 6200 block. Cash, a GPS and a phone charger were stolen from a vehicle.

Columbia Pike, 7000 block, 10 a.m. Nov. 10. TVs were among electronics stolen from a business entered by forcing a rear door.

Groveton St. and Richmond Hwy., 8:15 p.m. Nov. 11. A man grabbed a woman from behind after she had gotten off a bus. When she resisted and broke free, he fled.

ROBBERIES

Robert E. Lee Pl., 3600 block, 11:20 p.m. Nov. 10. A gunman stopped two males walking to their apartment, then he and two accomplices forced them inside the residence, where they and an occupant were robbed of cash and cellphones.

Avery Park Ct., 7900 block. Interior doors and kitchen cabinets were stolen from a residence.

Burlingame Pl ., 3800 block, 9:10 a.m. Nov. 10. Food items were stolen from a residence entered by forcing a patio door.

Gateshead Rd., 8800 block, 8 p.m. Nov. 12. A man who heard his garage door open confronted a man taking beer from a refrigerator. A 40-year-old man of no fixed address was charged with burglary and larceny.

ASSAULTS

Massaponax Pl., 6800 block, 11:40 p.m. Nov. 10. During an argument, a man attacked a female acquaintance. Stabbed during the incident, the man was taken to a hospital for treatment. The woman’s son, a 29-year-old Centreville man, was charged with malicious wounding. A 50-year-old man was charged with assault.

Woodmere Dr., 5100 block, 6 p.m. Nov. 14. Two men pushed a pedestrian to the ground, then fled with his wallet.

Fairfax Blvd., 10700 block, 6 p.m. Nov. 9. Credit-card information was used to make an unauthorized purchase at a pizza restaurant.

Fairfax Blvd., 10800 block, 8 to 11:30 p.m. Nov. 2. A GPS, three pairs of eyeglasses and cellphone accessories were stolen from a vehicle.

Main St., 9600 block, 6:51 a.m. Nov. 7. A man stole five cartons of cigarettes from a grocery store.

Old Lee Hwy., 3200 block, Oct. 17. A man stole a generator from a home-improvement store. On Nov. 7, after being arrested in the District on an unrelated charge, a 48-year-old Maryland man was transferred to Fairfax, where he was charged with grand larceny.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Fairfax Blvd., 9700 block, 12:39 a.m. Nov. 13. Police recovered a vehicle reported stolen in Prince William County and traced it to a woman at a nearby motel. A 64-year-old Centreville woman was charged with receiving stolen property.

VANDALISM

Main St. and Woodland Dr., 1:25 p.m. Nov. 9. A stone wall at a bridge was damaged by graffiti.

Main St., 10600 block, 2:45 to 5:09 a.m. Nov. 9. Soda was thrown on two vehicles, with the container damaging one windshield.

Main St., 10800 block, 10 p.m. Nov. 7 to 12:30 p.m. Nov. 8. A utility box was damaged by spray-painted graffiti.

Hillcrest Dr. SW, 1100 block, 3 p.m. Nov. 11. A man restrained a woman trying to leave their residence. A Vienna man was charged with domestic assault.

Maple Ave. SW, 100 block, 4:40 p.m. Nov. 8. A woman left a store with a shopping bag full of merchandise, then ran when confronted. An employee chased her down and was attacked as he detained her. A 62-year-old Herndon woman was charged with simple assault and petty larceny.

Alma St. SE, 600 block, 11:59 p.m. Nov. 8 to 1 p.m. Nov. 11. A leaf blower and an extension cord were stolen from a carport of a residence.

Fardale St. SE, 100 block, 8 a.m. Nov. 12 to 8:11 a.m. Nov. 14. A generator and a coring machine were stolen from a construction trailer.

Locust St. SE, 200 block, 6 p.m. Nov. 6 to 2:37 p.m. Nov. 11. A bicycle was stolen from a storage area of a building.

Maple Ave. SE, 200 block, 1 p.m. Nov. 11. A bicycle was stolen from outside a restaurant.

Maple Ave. SW, 100 block, 4 p.m. Nov. 11. Two bottles of prescription medication were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Ross Dr. SW, 1300 block, 8 p.m. Nov. 9 to 8:20 a.m. Nov. 10. Property was stolen from a snack bar in a building near an athletic field. The building was entered by removing locks.

VANDALISM
