Little River Tpk., 7200 block, 4:30 p.m. Oct. 10. A man gave a bank teller a note demanding cash. The teller was unable to give him cash, and he fled. A 48-year-old Alexandria man was charged with bank robberies .

Backlick Rd., 6500 block. License plates were stolen from a vehicle.

Bradlick Shopping Center, 6900 block, Oct. 13. Property was stolen from a business.

Parkers Lane, 2500 block, 2:56 p.m. Oct. 15. A man entered a hospital and threatened an employee with a BB gun. A 35-year-old Alexandria man was charged with brandishing and disorderly conduct.

Kidd St., 8000 block, 11:30 p.m. Oct. 13. Two men, one with a gun, entered a residence, assaulted a resident and stole property.

Richmond Hwy. 7600 Block, 6:15 p.m. Oct. 16. A man walked out of a store and observed a male taking his black moped. The male pushed the owner as he fled on the moped.

Richmond Hwy. 8200 block, 6:50 p.m. Oct. 10. A man ordered two men to leave a business property, but they refused. When the man tried to call police, they struck him and took his phone.

Russell Rd., 8200 block, 1:57 a.m. Oct. 16. A man with a knife robbed a convenience store of cash.

Fairfax Blvd., 10400 block, 1:06 p.m. Oct. 10. A male punched a 49-year-old bus driver in the face when his fare card did not work. The male got off the bus and fled on foot.

Fairfax Blvd., 9400 block, 5:28 p.m. Oct. 9. A man entered an apartment and forced his way into a locked room.

Jermantown Rd., 4000 block, 3 p.m. to 10:18 p.m. Oct. 14. A cellphone was stolen from a restroom at a fast-food restaurant.

Lee Hwy., 11100 block, 6 to 9:02 p.m. Oct. 5. A moped was stolen from a parking lot.

Main St., 9400 block, 3:13 p.m. Oct. 9. A male attempted to take an aquarium from a store without paying for it. Investigation revealed that he had taken other items from the store Oct. 8. A 23-year-old Fairfax-area man was charged with grand larceny and petty larceny.

Main St., 9500 block, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 12. A purse containing cash and identification was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in a parking lot.

Main St., 10000 block, 8:20 a.m. Oct. 8. A male used a counterfeit $20 bill to pay for a meal.

Springmann Dr., 10600 block, 4 p.m. June 7. A man stole several items from a residence and sold them. A 24-year-old Chantilly man was charged with larceny.

VANDALISM

Fairfax Blvd., 9800 block, 4 p.m. Oct. 6 to 9 a.m. Oct. 7. The doors of a vehicle were dented, and the paint was damaged.

Plantation Pkwy., 3100 block, 4:30 p.m. Oct. 10 to noon Oct. 13. A window of a vehicle in the driveway of a residence was shattered.

Ware St. SW, 1200 block, 9 p.m. Oct. 10 to 11:23 a.m. Oct. 11. A woman’s credit card company notified her of possible fraudulent charges on her account. She discovered that her wallet had been stolen from her unlocked vehicle.
