INDECENT EXPOSURE

Corsair Ct., 3900 block, Sept. 8. A man exposed himself to a 17-year-old girl in a pool area.

ROBBERIES

Waterford Ct., 2900 Sept. 8. Two men grabbed a purse from a 41-year-old female pedestrian. She struggled with them, but they fled with the purse. Minor injuries were reported.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Borge St., 3000 block. Paintings were stolen from a residence.

Holly Ave., 4400 block. TVs were stolen from a vehicle.

Kirkwell Pl., 3100 block. Credit cards and a driver’s license were stolen from a vehicle.

Lee Hwy., 11100 block. A TV was stolen from a business.

Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy., 13000 block. Liquor was stolen from a business.

ROBBERIES

South George Mason Dr., 3800 block, Sept. 5. A man attempted to take a purse from a 54-year-old woman as she entered a business. The woman held on to the bag and the man then attempted to rob a 44-year-old man inside the business. A 19-year-old Arlington County man was charged with robbery and larceny. The 44-year-old man suffered minor injuries.

ABDUCTION

Annandale Rd., 2900 block, 8:30 p.m. Sept. 4. A man pulled a 48-year-old female pedestrian off the sidewalk and threatened her. The man pushed her to the ground and fled when another man walked nearby.

Jermantown Rd., 3900 block, 9:36 p.m. Aug. 30. A male punched a 33-year-old man in the neck during an argument in a convenience store.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Armstrong St.,10400 block, 9:40 to 10:30 a.m. Sept. 5. Cash was stolen from a wallet that had fallen from the owner’s pocket in Fairfax City Hall.

Fairfax Blvd.,9500 block, 12:07 a.m. Sept. 11. Police, responding to a security alarm at a business, found a broken front display window. A bicycle was stolen from the business.

Fairfax Sq., 9800 block, midnight to 3:25 p.m. Sept. 8. A vehicle was entered and the glove box was damaged in an attempt to open it.

Jermantown Rd.,3900 block, 4:50 a.m. Sept. 6. A man was observed putting merchandise in his pockets and leaving a convenience store. A 25-year-old Herndon man was charged with concealment and public drunkenness.

Locust Lane, 4100 block, Sept. 8. A person reported that his identity was used to set up a telephone service account for a residence where he had never lived.

Main St., 10500 block, Sept. 2 to Sept. 5. Jewelry was stolen from a residence.

Pickett Rd., 3700 block, noon to 3 p.m. Sept. 8. An iPod was stolen from a book bag in a vehicle.

Ranger Rd., 10300 block, Sept. 7. Four wheel covers were stolen from a vehicle.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Fairfax Blvd., 10500 block, 8:23 p.m. Sept. 9. A male and a female took a vehicle for a test drive and failed to return it. The vehicle was located in the District. A warrant was issued charging the male with unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Broad St. W., 1200 block, Sept. 2. Police, investigating a report of a fight, arrested a 35-year-old man of no fixed address. He was charged with assault and battery.

Meridian St., 500 block, Sept. 2. Several people assaulted two people and stole an iPhone.

Fairfax St. E., 200 block, Sept. 6. Several bicycles were stolen from a communal bike rack during the past two months

Locust St. SW, 100 block, 4 p.m. Sept. 9 to 4:55 p.m. Sept. 11. An air conditioning unit was stolen from a residence under construction.

Maple Ave. W., 200 block, Sept. 5 to Sept. Two charges were made on a person’s credit card without her knowledge or consent.

Nutley St. NW, 200 block, 9 a.m. to 3:35 p.m. Sept. 9. Year-expiration stickers were stolen from a vehicle’s license plates.

Walker St. SW, 500 block, Sept. 6. A charge was made on a person’s credit card without her knowledge or consent.

VANDALISM

Mill St. NE, 300 block, 7 p.m. July 7 to 6 a.m. Sept. 6. On several occasions, a person defecated near dumpsters at the rear of a business.
