After she refused a request to get out of the way, she was arrested. During her arrest, she kicked the officer. A 64-year-old Reston woman was charged with assault on a police officer and disorderly conduct.

Surrey Hill Pl., 5800 block, 3:40 a.m. Sept. 8. Responding to a report of a loud party near a swimming pool, police arrested a man found skinny-dipping with two juveniles. A 35-year-old Springfield man was charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, public drunkenness and trespassing.
