ABDUCTIONS

Lee Hwy., 11100 block, 4:15 p.m. Nov. 22. A man entered a restroom at a business, then slammed a stall door and held it shut to try to prevent a female from leaving. An 18-year-old Fairfax man was charged with abduction, assault and public drunkenness.

ASSAULTS

Oak Creek Pl., 9900 block, 8:20 p.m. Nov. 24. A group of people attacked a woman who had asked them to leave an area near a community laundry room. She sustained minor injuries.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Draper Dr., 3100 block. Three sets of keys were stolen from a residence.

Fairfield House Dr., 12200 block. Four watches were stolen from a residence.

Lee Hwy., 11100 block. A wallet was stolen from a business.

Spruce Ave., 4700 block. Tools were stolen from a vehicle.

Richmond Hwy., 9400 block, 5:35 p.m. Nov. 21. A man groped a pedestrian, then ran away.

Catlett St., 7000 block, 11:30 p.m. Nov. 22. Jewelry was stolen from a residence.

Spring Garden Dr., 7000 block, 5 a.m. Nov. 22. Electronic devices were stolen from a business entered by forcing a rear door. An intruder was seen fleeing the premises shortly after police arrived.

Springfield Mall, 6500 block. A wallet was stolen from a business.

Woodland Dr., 7000 block. Coins were stolen from a business.

Jervis St., 7500 block. A 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen.

ABDUCTIONS

Arlington Blvd., 6000 block, 1:20 a.m. Nov. 26. A man tried to prevent a woman from getting off an elevator in an apartment building, then grabbed her as she tried to enter a residence. She was able to get inside her apartment and call police. A 26-year-old Falls Church man was charged with abduction and assault.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

Seven Corners area, 3:50 a.m. Nov. 25. A man broke into an apartment and got into a bed with an occupant, who screamed and forced him out of the residence. An investigation led to the arrest of a 26-year-old Falls Church man. Charges included with burglary with intent to rape.

Leesburg Pike, 6000 block, 8:45 p.m. Nov. 21. Two men attacked a man as he was unlocking his bicycle, then fled empty-handed.

Patrick Henry Dr., 3000 block, 10:30 p.m. Nov. 26. Two men engaged a man in conversation, then attacked him.

ASSAULTS

Leesburg Pike, 8000 block, 5:30 p.m. Nov. 23. Two people being detained for trying to steal clothing fled a store, then were arrested a short time later. Two 19-year-olds from the District were charged with assault, grand larceny and possession of burglary tools.

Pimmit Dr., 2200 block, 5:20 p.m. Nov. 26. Two men wearing masks robbed a male pedestrian of cash at gunpoint.

ASSAULTS

Barrel Cooper Ct., 11900 block, 1:20 a.m. Nov. 21. A man was shot while sleeping at his residence. His wife, a 34-year-old Reston woman, was charged with malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Sunrise Valley Dr., 11800 block, 6 p.m. Nov. 21. A group of teenagers demanded cash from a man walking on a golf course. When he said he had none, he was struck once on the shoulder. The assailants fled empty-handed.

Cameron Crescent Dr., 1500 block. Pots, pans and a coffee maker were stolen from a residence.

Lee Hwy., 11100 block, Nov. 15. A man inappropriately touched a woman several times while they were sitting in a vehicle he was trying to sell to her. A 37-year-old Centreville man was charged with sexual battery.

Fairfax Blvd., 10600 block, 1:16 p.m. Nov. 26. Cash was stolen from an auto dealership over a period of several months. A 29-year-old Centreville man and a 38-year-old Triangle man were charged with embezzlement.

Lee Hwy., 11000 block, Nov. 16. Merchandise was stolen from a store. A male was seen fleeing with the property.

Main St., 9400 block, Nov. 20. A wallet was stolen from a shopper in a grocery store. Credit cards from the wallet were used to make several fraudulent purchases.

Main St., 9600 block, 4:32 p.m. Nov. 26. Merchandise was stolen from a store. A 54-year-old Fairfax City woman was charged with petty larceny.

West Dr., 10700 block, 1 to 7 a.m. Nov. 21. A bicycle was stolen from a patio.

Willard Way, 10300 block, 12:41 p.m. Nov. 24. A man in a liquor store concealed a bottle of an alcoholic beverage. A 26-year-old Herndon man was charged with petty larceny.

Willard Way, 10300 block, 5:53 p.m. Nov. 24. A male stole a bottle of an alcoholic beverage from a liquor store. A 29-year-old Fairfax City man was charged with petty larceny.

Willard Way, 10300 block, 7:59 p.m. Nov. 26. Merchandise was stolen from a store. A 28-year-old Fairfax City woman was charged with larceny.

Fairfax Blvd., 11000 block, 7 p.m. Nov. 21 to 1:54 p.m. Nov. 23. A 2004 Lexus was stolen from an auto dealership.

VANDALISM

Layton Hall Dr., 10300 block, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 26. An apartment window was broken.

Mosby Woods Dr., 10000 block, Nov. 19. A woman damaged the front door of an acquaintance’s residence. A 35-year-old Falls Church woman was charged with vandalism.

Ramona Dr., 4300 block, 9 to 11:08 p.m. Nov. 27. Flour was poured on a vehicle.

University Dr., 3900 block, 12:37 a.m. Nov. 23. A man who had been thrown out of a bar smashed front windowpanes at the business. A 35-year-old Arlington County man was charged with destruction of property and public drunkenness.

VANDALISM

Elden St., 300 block, 11:18 a.m. Nov. 25. Graffiti were found in the area.

Maple Ave. NW, 100 block, 1:30 p.m. Nov. 22. Two employees of a car-wash business fought with each other. An investigation is continuing.

VANDALISM

Cottage St. SW, 1100 block, 3:42 p.m. Nov. 23. A vehicle tire was flattened by a nail.
