“Red” John Logan’s drama, which won the Tony Award for best play in 2010, focuses on abstract painter Mark Rothko and his assistant, Ken. The play is about Rothko’s commission to paint murals for the Four Seasons restaurant in New York, with Ken acting as the conscience to the narcissistic artist. Directed by Robert Falls. “Mirror to the World” The annual tribute to documentary photography celebrates storytelling through images as well as words.
