ASHBURN AREA

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Airmont Woods Terr., 22500 block, 7:25 a.m. Oct. 24. An MP3 player was stolen from a vehicle.

Autumnwood Sq., 43100 block, 9 p.m. Oct. 21 to 7:30 a.m. Oct. 22. An attempt was made to break into the glove box of an unlocked vehicle. Nothing was reported missing.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Lost Creek Terr., 22500 block, 11:30 p.m. Oct. 22. A 2001 Toyota Avalon was stolen. It was recovered in the 22500 block of Armstrong Terrace at 12:30 a.m. Oct. 23. A 25-year-old Ashburn man, an acquaintance of the vehicle’s owner, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Edwards Ferry Rd., 800 block, 6:30 p.m. Oct. 24. Threats were reported.

Fort Evans Rd. NE, unit block, 4:16 a.m. Oct. 23. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Loudoun St., 200 block, 11:06 a.m. Oct. 21. An assault was reported.

Plaza St. NE, unit block, 4:31 p.m. Oct. 21.An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Plaza St. NE, 100 block, 10:22 p.m. Oct. 24. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Plaza St. NE, unit block, 10:29 p.m. Oct. 24. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Roanoke Dr., 300 block, 9:53 pomp, Oct. 23. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Rock Spring Dr., 300 block, 8:30 p.m. Oct. 22. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

South St., 100 block, 5:07 p.m. Oct. 25. Threats were reported.

Farewell Dance Dr., 43300 block, 10 p.m. Oct. 22 to 7:40 a.m. Oct. 23. A wallet was stolen from a vehicle.

PURCELLVILLE AREA

INDECENT EXPOSURE INCIDENTS

Nursery Ave., 200 block, 8:35 p.m. Oct. 20. After being detained by passersby, a man who wasn’t wearing any clothes was arrested near Fireman’s Field. A 24-year-old Hamilton man was charged with indecent exposure.

ASSAULTS

Bailey Lane, 100 block, 1:58 p.m. Oct. 17. Threats were reported at a business.

Nursery Ave., 100 block, 4:31 p.m. Oct. 17. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Richardson Lane E., 30000 block, 6:35 p.m. Oct. 15. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Main St. E., 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 21. A wallet was stolen from a vehicle in a parking lot at a convenience store. A credit card from the wallet was used to make an unauthorized purchase at a gas station.

VANDALISM

21st St., 100 block, 3:46 a.m. Oct. 14. Taillights were damaged on a vehicle.

STERLING AREA

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Brookfield Cir., unit block, noon to 10 p.m. Oct. 20. Jewelry and coins were stolen from a residence. There was no sign of forced entry.

Cranston St., 46200 block, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 21. A wallet was stolen from an unlocked locker at a gym.

Locust Lane, 100 block, 2:30 to 3 p.m. Oct. 22. Batteries were stolen from a vehicle storage lot.

Stonetree Ct., 21600 block, 2:50 to 3:05 p.m. Oct. 22. Batteries were stolen from three vehicles belonging to a moving company.

VANDALISM

Alder Ave. N., 200 block, 9:04 p.m. Oct. 24. A vehicle tire was damaged.

Fillmore Ave. and N. Lincoln Ave. N., 1:30 a.m. Oct. 18. Several light posts were damaged.

Holborn Ct. and W. Greenthorn Ave., 10:17 a.m. Oct. 21. Several signs were damaged by paint.
