ALDIE AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Feldspar Pl., 41800 block, July 1 to July 2. Cash was stolen from a purse in a vehicle.

Pennywort Terr., 25100 block, 9 p.m. July 1. A purse was stolen from a vehicle.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Old Carolina Rd., 12:19 a.m. June 29. A vehicle reported stolen from Prince George’s County was found.

ASHBURN AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Allderwood Terr., 44100 block, 6:41 p.m. July 3. A male grabbed a purse from a baby stroller being pushed by a woman, 28, and fled.

BLUEMONT AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Snickersville Tpke., 34400 block, 7 p.m. June 24. Jewelry and a tablet computer were stolen from a home.

CHANTILLY AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Pleasant Valley Rd., 25200 block, 9:30 p.m. June 30. A laptop computer was stolen from a concrete business.

DULLES AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Dulles Town Ctr., 21000 block, 5:48 p.m. July 2. Six gym lockers had contents stolen.

LEESBURG AREA
ASSAULTS

Harrison St., 2:26 a.m. July 2. An assault was reported.

Snyder St., 8:09 p.m. June 20. An assault was reported.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Camelot Pl., 40900 block, 8:30 p.m. July 2 to 12:30 a.m. July 3. A laptop computer and other items were stolen from a vehicle parked in a garage.

Catoctin Ct., 600 block, 2:24 p.m. June 30. A theft was reported.

Cornwall St., June 24. A breaking and entering incident was reported.

Hogback Mountain Rd., 20200 block, noon-1:45 p.m. June 29. A purse was stolen from a vehicle.

Mill Race Terr., 43000 block, 8:25 a.m. July 1. Coins were stolen from a vehicle.

Tides Inn Way, 43300 block, 1:30 a.m. July 1. During a party, a vehicle was stolen and returned damaged. Investigation revealed gates at the River Creek Community were damaged. The investigation was continuing.

Wilson Ave., June 27. A theft from a vehicle was reported.

ROBBERIES

Gateway Dr., 6:17 p.m. July 2. A robbery was reported.

LOVETTSVILLE AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

E. Broad Way, 1:59 a.m. June 30. Cigarettes were stolen from a convenience store. A glass door was broken to gain entry.

Rickard Dr., 12:05 a.m. June 27. Cash was stolen from a home. There was no sign of forced entry.

PURCELLVILLE AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Ashbury Church Rd., 15200 block, noon, June 27. Power tools were stolen from a shed.

SOUTH RIDING AREA
ASSAULTS

Mink Meadows St., 43600 block, 7:45 a.m. July 2. An 11-year-old walking in the area was grabbed by a man. The child fled and was not injured.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

Chorley Wood St., 43400 block, June 30. Mailboxes and posts were damaged.

Pinebluff Lane, 25800 block, June 30. Mailboxes and posts were damaged.

Spurling Lane, 25800 block, June 30. Mailboxes and posts were damaged.

Tashmoo Lane, 25800 block, June 30. Mailboxes and posts were damaged.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Justice Dr., 25100 block, July 2 to July 3. A garage door opener found in a vehicle was used. Nothing was reported missing from the garage.

STERLING AREA
ASSAULTS

Chesapeake Square, 20400 block, 10:20 p.m. June 25. During an attempt to serve four warrants for distribution of narcotics, a woman assaulted a deputy. A Sterling woman, 30, was charged with assault. Officers issued warrants for four counts of distribution of narcotics.

Glenn Dr., 22600 block, 11:32 p.m. June 30. During an argument, a woman assaulted an acquaintance and someone else used pepper spray. A Sterling woman, 22, was charged with assault. The other person was not identified.

Summerhill Pl., 46300 block, 6:30 p.m. June 30. A man climbed into a fenced-in area and hit a dog with a stick. A Sterling man, 38, was charged with trespassing and animal cruelty. The dog was not seriously injured.

ROBBERIES

Old Ox Rd., 46000 block, 1:39 a.m. June 29. Two males with a gun stole cellphones from two pedestrians and fled in a vehicle. A Gainesville man, 19, and two Manassas males, 15 and 16, were charged with three counts of robbery and two counts of using a firearm during commission of a felony. A fourth suspect, a 17-year-old male from Prince William County, was being held on two counts of armed robbery.

Sanderson Dr., 1000 block, 12:40 a.m. June 29. Four men stole a backpack from a male at gunpoint. Three of the four were apprehended after a report of another robbery on Old Ox Road. During the investigation, a dog from the canine unit was hit by a vehicle. A Sterling man, 40, was charged with DUI. The dog was not seriously injured.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Abington Terr., 46700 block, 11:45 a.m. June 28. A Global Positioning System device was stolen from a vehicle.

Muirfiled Cir., 21900 block, 9:30 p.m. June 27 to 6:37 a.m. June 28. A Global Positioning System device and a cellphone were stolen from a vehicle. A window was broken to gain entry.

Old Ox Rd., 45700 block, 6:50 a.m. July 1. Tires were stolen from an excavating business. A fence was damaged during the theft.

Rock Hill Rd., 22900 block, 3 a.m. June 28. Two cellphones and a wallet were stolen from a vehicle. A side window was broken to gain entry.

Seneca Ridge Dr., 46900 block, July 2 to July 3. A wallet was stolen from a vehicle.

Westlake Dr., 46100 block, July 2. A digital camera and other property were stolen from a vehicle.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

Angela Sq., 21100 block, 1:45-2 a.m. June 29. A bullet was found lodged in a kitchen cabinet and a window was damaged at a residence.

ROUND HILL AREA

Legacy Terr., 17300 block, 5:29 p.m. June 27 to 12:01 a.m. June 28. A window scree was damaged at a home.

UNIVERSITY STATION AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Northlake Blvd., 43000 block, 8:15 a.m. July 1. Items were stolen from a vehicle.
