ASHBURN AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Belgreen Dr., 43100 block, noon Oct. 19 to noon Dec. 31. Jewelry and prescription medication were taken from a residence. An Ashburn man, 23, was charged with grand larceny and larceny with intent to distribute.

Glebe View Dr., 21400 block, 5:05 p.m. Jan. 9. A youth at a residence saw a man attempting to enter the home. The man, who was wearing a black hooded sweat shirt, fled in a pickup truck.

Livery Sq., 43400 block, 3:25 a.m. Jan. 6 to 3:25 p.m. Jan. 7. A purse and cash were stolen from a vehicle.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Dulles Town Cir., 21000 block, 7:10 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 8. Cash, wallets, clothing and credit cards were among property stolen from seven lockers at a gym.

Dry Mill Rd., 400 block, 12:26 p.m. Jan. 2. An assault was reported.

Fort Evans Rd., 100 block, 6:02 p.m. Jan. 3. Threats were reported.

Fort Evans Rd., unit block, 8:53 a.m. Jan. 4. A domestic assault was reported.

Huntmaster Terr., 1100 block, 10:48 p.m. Jan. 2. A domestic assault was reported.

ROBBERIES

Thoroughgood Dr., 43000 block, 6:06 p.m. Jan. 6. A man was assaulted and robbed of cash and a smartphone as he was walking into an apartment building.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Beach Pl., 25100 block, 3:30 p.m. Jan. 2 to 5:30 a.m. Jan. 3. An MP3 player was stolen from a vehicle entered by damaging a lock. The steering column was also damaged.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Allegheny Cir., 47800 block, 11 p.m. Jan. 4 to 8:40 a.m. Jan. 5. Sports equipment was stolen from a vehicle.

Blockhouse Point Pl., 47800 block, 11 p.m. Jan. 6 to 5:15 a.m. Jan. 7. An emergency kit was stolen from a vehicle. The kit was later found near a home.

Tappahannock Pl., 20400 block, 9:30 p.m. Jan. 4 to 8:15 a.m. Jan. 5. A wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. A credit card from the wallet was used at a gas station.

Williamsburg Ct., 1100 block, 12:30 a.m. Jan. 6 to 7:30 a.m. Jan. 7. A Global Positioning System device was stolen from a vehicle.
