ALDIE AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Denal Lane, 24400 block, 10 a.m. June 7 to 8 a.m. June 9. Flooring and a doorway were damaged in an attempt to remove an appliance from a house under construction.

ASHBURN AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Big Trail Terr., 44200 block, 9:30 p.m. June 9 to 6:30 a.m. June 10. An MP3 player and cash were stolen from a vehicle.

Briar Creek Terr., 43400 block, 5 p.m. June 7 to 6 p.m. June 8. A laptop computer was stolen from a vehicle.

Coltsfoot Terr., 20000 block, 12:01 to 7:56 a.m. June 12. A wallet was stolen from a vehicle. The wallet, with cash missing, was found nearby. Three other vehicles were entered; nothing was reported stolen.

Crew Sq., 21100 block, 6:30 p.m. June 11 to 5 a.m. June 12. Jewelry and documents were stolen from a vehicle. Two other vehicles were entered; nothing was reported stolen.

Ferncliff Terr., 44000 block, 9 p.m. June 11 to 7:30 a.m. June 12. A wallet was stolen from a vehicle.

Silver Creek Terr., 20000 block, 11:55 p.m. June 9 to 7:55 a.m. June 10. A Global Positioning System device was stolen from a vehicle.

Walkley Hill Pkwy., 21100 block, 10:40 a.m. June 9 to 10:40 a.m. June 10. Furnace supplies were stolen from a house under construction.

VANDALISM

Timber Ridge Terr., 20900 block, 1 p.m. June 9 to 7 a.m. June 10. A condo association building window was damaged.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

John S. Mosby Hwy., 43700 block, noon June 8. A purse and a tablet computer were taken from a vehicle. Credit cards from the purse were used in West Virginia.

Clubhouse Dr., 100 block, 8:24 p.m. June 8. A domestic assault was reported.

Plaza St., unit block, 10:21 a.m. June 11. A domestic assault was reported.

Shirley Sq., 100 block, 1:54 a.m. June 8. A domestic assault was reported.

Washington St., 100 block, 3:37 a.m. June 6. A domestic assault was reported.

York Lane, 600 block, 4:49 a.m. June 8. A domestic assault was reported.

Potomac Station Dr., 600 block, 11:21 p.m. June 6. Shoplifting was reported.

Rockbridge Dr., 500 block, 3:53 p.m. June 10. Fraud was reported.

Shirley Sq., 100 block, 5:04 p.m. June 11. Fraud was reported.

Wilson Ave., 200 block, 6:36 a.m. June 10. A theft was reported.

PURCELLVILLE AREA
ASSAULTS

Charles Town Pike and Berlin Tpk., 9:54 to 9:58 p.m. June 8. Someone in a vehicle discharged several rounds from a paintball gun at another vehicle.

Route 287, 5:59 p.m. June 10. An assault was reported during a traffic altercation involving two drivers. The incident was under investigation.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Arrowood Pl., 17300 block, 7:20 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 6. Cash was taken from a house entered through an unlocked door.

STERLING AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Augusta Dr., 21300 block, 3 p.m. June 6 to 5:30 a.m. June 9. An attempt was made to break into a concession stand by damaging a lock.

Saulty Dr., 47700 block, 8:10 a.m. June 5. Cash was taken from a vehicle.

VANDALISM

Greenfield Ct., 200 block, 8 p.m. June 6 to 1 p.m. June 8. A homeowners association shed was damaged.

Mirror Ridge Pl., 21300 block, 6:30 a.m. June 10. A vehicle was damaged by spray paint.

Mirror Ridge Pl. and Beacon Dr., 8 a.m. June 10. Four vehicles were damaged by spray paint.
