6. One Loudoun Landbay E1-Accessory Car Wash, 44810 Saranac St. Special exception to allow a carwash accessory to a food store on a portion of 312.72 acres zoned PD-OP (Planned Development, Office Park).

7. South Riding Day Care Center, 25231 Elk Lick Rd. Special exception to allow a day-care facility on about 0.97 acre zoned CR1 (Countryside Residential).

8. Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue, 20688 Ashburn Rd. Special exception to allow expansion of a fire station on 3.17 acres zoned PDH-4 (Planned Development Housing, four units per acre).

9. AT&T Harry Byrd Highway, 47020 Harry F. Byrd Hwy. Special exception to allow extension of a stealth flagpole by 10 feet 4 inches for three new panel antennas on 0.61 acres zoned PD-CC-SC (Planned Development, Commercial Center-Shopping Center).

10. Loudoun County public schools, High School 8, 19045 Upper Belmont Pl. Special exception to allow construction of a high school on 162.28 acres zoned PD-SA (Planned Development, Special Activity).

11. Digital Loudoun, Loudoun County Parkway and Shellhorn Road. Special exception to allow an increase in floor-area ratio up to 0.665 on 38.82 acres zoned PD-OP (Planned Development, Office Park).

12. Loudoun County Transit Office of Public Services and Maintenance Facility, north of Cochran Mill Road, south of Battlefield Parkway, east of Sycolin Road and west of Harry F. Byrd Highway. Two buildings totaling 25,735 square feet, and associated utilities and parking, for a bus maintenance facility on 670.89 acres zoned JLMA20 (Joint Land Management Area 20).

13. Cardine Torris, off Rainbow Ranch Lane, north of Tall Cedars Parkway and south of Route 50. Rezone 13.1 acres from CR-1 (Countryside Residential, one unit per acre) to PDH-6 (Planned Development Housing, six units per acre) to allow 90 townhouse units.

14. Grange at Willowsford, East Landbay, north of Route 50, west of Evergreen Mills Road and off Briarfield Lane. Rezone 98 acres from R-1 (Residential, one unit per acre) to R-2 cluster (Residential, two units per acre), with no increase in density, to allow preservation of sensitive environmental areas on the site.
