Dulles Town Cir., 21000 block, 5:04 p.m. April 22. After a brief foot chase that ended on Nokes Boulevard, police, responding to a shoplifting incident, arrested a D.C. man, 18. Charges included grand larceny and resisting arrest.

Dutchman’s Creek Rd., 11300 block, 9:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. April 23. Electronic items and jewelry were among property stolen from a residence.

ASSAULTS
Main St. E., 600 block, 9:15 p.m. April 20. Police, responding to a report of a man threatening to shoot someone, arrested a 53-year-old Purcellville man. Charges included assault and being drunk in public.

Madturkey Run Pl., 42300 block, 6 p.m. April 19 to 7 a.m. April 20. Cabinets were stolen from a residence under construction.
Red Tartan Way, 41800 block, 6 p.m. April 22 to 6 a.m. April 23. An appliance was stolen from a residence under construction.
STERLING AREA
ROBBERIES
Gladstone Dr., 21000 block, 11:55 p.m. April 19. Four males entered a residence through an unlocked basement door and robbed occupants of cash at gunpoint.
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
Marsden Ct., 1000 block, 9:32 a.m. April 22. A Sterling man, 24, was charged with two counts of larceny in connection with vehicle break-ins in the area of Tappahannock Place on April 19. Two 19-year-old Sterling men arrested at the scene. Charges included larceny and possession of burglar’s tools.
Meadowland Lane W., 200 block, 6:12 p.m. April 23. A flat-screen television, a firearm and a guitar were stolen from a residence.
Whitfield Pl., 21000 block, 6:06 p.m. April 23. A backpack containing a cellphone and a laptop was stolen.
VANDALISM
Cranston St., 46200 block, 12:01 a.m. to 7:29 p.m. April 20. Graffiti were spray-painted on a dumpster.
Towncenter Plaza, 21800 block, April 21 to 22. Graffiti were spray-painted on a pillar.
Warwick Ct., 1000 block, 1 to 6 p.m. April 20. A vehicle window was damaged.
