ASHBURN AREA

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Afton Terr., 43900 block, 7 p.m. Jan. 11 to 7 a.m. Jan. 14. Mirrors and mirror cages were stolen from a work vehicle.

Ashbrook Commons Plaza, 20000 block, 2 a.m. Jan. 15. Cash was stolen from a business. There was no sign of forced entry.

Maynard Sq., 44700 block, 5 p.m. Jan. 7 to 10:19 a.m. Jan. 17. Bathroom countertops were among materials stolen from a construction site.

Pattyjean Terr., 21600 block, 11 a.m. Jan. 11 to 8:30 a.m. Jan. 12. Deck material was stolen from a construction site.

Spring Morning Ct., 42800 block, 11:30 p.m. Jan. 11 to 11:30 a.m. Jan. 16. Cash was among property stolen from a vehicle.

ASSAULTS

Belmont Dr., 100 block, 6:58 p.m. Jan. 17. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Fort Evans Rd., 100 block, 7:20 p.m. Jan. 14. An assault was reported.

Market St. E., 300 block, 5:44 p.m. Jan. 10. An assault was reported.

Paddington Way, 100 block, 7:41 a.m. Jan. 10. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Plaza St., unit block, 9:06 p.m. Jan. 10. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Plaza St., unit block, 11:30 p.m. Jan. 11. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

South St., 200 block, 2:52 p.m. Jan. 12. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Washington St. NE, 100 block, 2:10 p.m. Jan. 12. Threats were reported.

Wilkinson Dr., 800 block, 11 a.m. Jan. 10. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Daniels St., 300 block, 8:43 a.m. Jan. 15. Fraud was reported.

Edwards Ferry Rd., 900 block, 2:31 p.m. Jan. 10. Counterfeiting was reported.

Edwards Ferry Rd., 900 block, 12:04 p.m. Jan. 16. A theft was reported.

Hancock Pl., unit block, 3:27 p.m. Jan. 11. Fraud incident reported.

Ida Lee Dr., unit block, 8:06 a.m. Jan. 17. A theft was reported.

Market St. E., 300 block, 3:55 p.m. Jan. 12. A vehicle was stolen.

Broad Way E., unit block, 10 p.m. Jan. 12 to 2 a.m. Jan. 13. A mailbox and a fence were damaged.

Light St. N., unit block, 10 p.m. Jan. 12 to 2 a.m. Jan. 13. A lighted tree was damaged.

MIDDLEBURG AREA

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Foxcroft Rd., 22600 block, 2:05 to 3:30 p.m. Jan. 17. A gun, jewelry and camera equipment were stolen from a residence.

PURCELLVILLE AREA

VANDALISM

Drawbridge Way, 3000 block, 10:25 a.m. Jan. 6. A window was damaged at a residence.

STERLING AREA

ROBBERIES

Sugarland Run Dr., 48000 block, 2 to 3 a.m. Jan. 14. A group of males approached a man who was walking in the area, knocked him to the ground and robbed him of a wallet and cellphone.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Cranston St., 46200 block, 5 to 9:15 p.m. Jan. 10. A purse was stolen from a vehicle.

Elizabeth Ct., 200 block, 7:30 p.m. Jan. 12 to 4:45 a.m. Jan. 13. A laptop computer and a video game system were among property stolen from a residence.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Leatherleaf Dr and Bramble Ct., 9:30 a.m. Jan. 11 to 4 p.m. Jan. 12. A 2010 Suzuki motorcycle was stolen.

Southbank St., 21000 block, 10:25 to 10:30 p.m. Jan. 13. A 2005 Nissan Altima was stolen using a key that had been left inside.

VANDALISM

Connemara Dr., 100 block, 6 p.m. Jan. 10 to 8:30 a.m. Jan. 11. A vehicle’s windshield and four tires were damaged.
