ASHBURN AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Cameron Parish Dr., 42200 block, 6 p.m. Jan. 22 to 6 a.m. Jan. 23. Plywood was stolen from a construction site.

Fawngrove Ct., 44200 block, 6 a.m. Jan. 24. An unlocked vehicle was entered. The interior was ransacked, but nothing was reported missing.

Hyrst Grove Terr., 21200 block, 6 p.m. Jan. 22 to 6 a.m. Jan. 23. Copper piping was stolen from several houses under construction.

Junction Plaza, 43300 block, 6 p.m. Jan. 21 to 9 p.m. Jan. 22. A landscape trailer was stolen from a parking lot.

Saratoga Ct., 20500 block, 10 p.m. Jan. 20 to 7 a.m. Jan. 21. Coins were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Sturman Pl., 21300 block, 2 a.m. to noon Jan 20. Personal documents and sunglasses were stolen from a vehicle.

ASSAULTS

Blacksburg Terr., 500 block, 5:08 p.m. Jan. 22. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Edwards Ferry Rd., 100 block, 10:47 a.m. Jan. 18. Threats were reported.

Fort Evans Rd., 100 block, 3:29 p.m. Jan. 18. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Fort Evans Rd., unit block, 3:12 p.m. Jan. 19. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Foxridge Dr., 300 block, 9:41 p.m. Jan. 22. An assault was reported. Police said it was a domestic incident.

Hancock Pl., 100 block, 9:56 p.m. Jan. 20. An assault was reported.

Plaza St., unit block, 2:13 p.m. Jan. 20. Threats were reported.

Pot House Rd., 22000 block, Dec. 15 to Jan. 15. A gun was stolen from a vehicle.

PURCELLVILLE AREA
ASSAULTS

16th St. N., 100 block, 5:11 p.m. Jan. 16. During a dispute, two acquaintances threatened each other. Police reported that they peacefully mediated the neighborhood incident.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Charles Town Pike, 35400 block, Jan. 1 to Jan. 22. Wiring and copper piping were stolen from an unoccupied residence.

Main St. E., 700 block, 3 p.m. Jan. 18. Credit card fraud was reported.

VANDALISM

Osburn Rd., 36300 block, 7 p.m. Jan. 21 to 6 a.m. Jan. 22. A vehicle’s outside mirrors were damaged.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Loudoun St. W., unit block, 8 p.m. Jan. 21 to 5:50 p.m. Jan. 22. A laptop computer was stolen from a residence.

STERLING AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Davenport Dr., 20900 block, 10:12 a.m. Jan. 23. A woman tried to defraud a convenience store and then left in a vehicle. A clerk alerted police, who made a traffic stop. A Sterling woman, 30, was charged with attempting to obtain money under false pretenses.

Great Falls Plaza, 20700 block, 3 p.m. Jan. 23 to 5:45 p.m. Jan. 24. A cellphone was among property stolen from a vehicle.

Morningside Terr., 20500 block, Jan. 4 to Jan. 22. Fraud was reported.

Upton St. N., 900 block, 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Jan. 24. Cash, a video game system and video games were stolen from a residence.
