Duncan to air first ad of Moco exec race, slamming county on transit center delays

Doug Duncan is going up with the first television ad of the Montgomery county executive’s race on Friday afternoon, his campaign said Friday morning.

It opens with Duncan standing in front of the Silver Spring Transit Center, where he rips the county for the two-years-plus delay and cost overruns.

“Now they say, maybe next year,” Duncan says.

It also touches on various promises he’s made, including bringing gigabyte Internet speeds to the county.
