Coming up today in the D.C. region:

Metro’s “Momentum” plan: Metro will hold three public meetings, starting tonight, to get public feedback on its planned $26 million system overhaul.

Sunken ship: A hearing into the sinking of the HMS Bounty, the tall ship that sailed into the path of Hurricane Sandy, will begin today in Virginia.

Anti-abortion protest: Anti-abortion advocates said they will hold a demonstration at a Germantown clinic today after a woman died days after a procedure there.

Washington’s weird eats: Snakehead, anyone? A new season of Andrew Zimmern’s “Bizarre Foods America” returns with an episode set in the District.
