Squirrel in a wheel conundrum: Highland Hall Dr., 20700 block, Montgomery Village, Aug. 29. A squirrel was reported to be stuck in the spokes of a bicycle tire. The animal managed to wriggle free and run away, apparently unharmed, before an animal services officer arrived.
