Rockland Ave., 1900 block, 7:02 p.m. Oct. 26. A vehicle break-in occurred. A 19-year-old Rockville man was arrested at the scene.

Old Stage Rd., 7000 block, 4:45 p.m. Oct. 23. During a dispute, a person threatened an acquaintance with a weapon.

Saratoga Ave. and Merivale Rd., 11:10 a.m. Oct. 26. Two men threatened a person.

ROBBERIES

Rockville Pike, 11200 block, 2:10 p.m. Oct. 31. A person threatened and robbed a group of people, then fled in a vehicle belonging to one of the victims.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Alta Vista Rd., 5200 block, 9:30 a.m. Oct. 26. A man wearing a yellow reflective vest and a hard hat identified himself as a utility worker and stole property from a residence.

Baltimore Ave., 5200 block, Bayard Blvd., 4600 block, Cumberland Ave., and N. Park near Willard Ave. Laptops, iPods and cash were among property stolen from seven unlocked vehicles.

Clearwood Rd., 6100 block, 3:20 to 3:50 p.m. Oct. 27. Property was stolen from a residence. There was no sign of forced entry.

Grove Ridge Way, 5400 block, 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Oct. 23. Property was stolen from a residence entered by force.

Lockwood Dr., 11300 block, 6 a.m. Oct. 25. A man in a convenience-store parking lot threatened a pedestrian and demanded property. A 22-year-old College Park man was arrested that same day.

Lockwood Dr., 11500 block, 11:35 p.m. Oct. 27. A group of five men threatened and robbed a person.

New Hampshire Ave., 11600 block, 10 p.m. Oct. 24. Two men armed with a weapon robbed a pedestrian of property.

Brook Run Ct., unit block, 5 to 9 p.m. Oct. 31. Property was stolen from a residence. There was no sign of forced entry.

Crystal Rock Dr., 19400 block, 9 p.m. Oct. 25 to 4:45 a.m. Oct. 26. Property was stolen from two high-school concession stands entered by force.

Foxwood Terr., 20300 block, 9 to 9:30 p.m. Oct. 31. Property was stolen from a residence. There was no sign of forced entry.

West Side Dr., 1000 block, 5 p.m. Oct. 30. A man armed with a weapon threatened a person. A 25-year-old Loudoun County man was charged with aggravated assault.

Girard St., 400 block, 11:15 a.m. Oct. 26. A woman threatened and robbed a person.

Lost Knife Cir., 18400 block, 10 p.m. Oct. 28. A group of four males, one of them armed with a weapon, robbed a person of property.

Mills Choice Rd., 19000 block, 7:20 p.m. Oct. 28. A group of five males, one of them armed with a weapon, robbed a person of property.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Delta Dr., 20700 block, 9:30 a.m. Oct. 25. Four bicycles were stolen from an unlocked garage at a residence. Four males were seen riding the bikes away from the scene.

Kentlands Blvd., 200 block, 1:45 to 2 p.m. Oct. 29. A wallet and a purse were stolen from a vehicle in a parking lot at a grocery store.

Office Park Dr., 18500 block, 2 p.m. Oct. 29 to 10 a.m. Oct. 30. Property was stolen from two cosmetics businesses entered by force.

Smoothstone Way, Oct. 23 to 24. Property was stolen from two vehicles in a parking lot.

Snouffer School Rd., 8400 block, 3 a.m. Oct. 24. Property was stolen from two restaurants and a hair salon. All three locations were entered by force.

Still Creek Lane, midnight to 8 a.m. Oct. 23. A laptop computer and a cellphone were among property stolen from three unlocked vehicles.

Willow Creek Dr., 9300 block, Oct. 25. A break-in occurred at a residence. There was no sign of forced entry, and nothing was reported missing.

Blandford St., 400 block, 1 to 8:44 a.m. Oct. 31. During a social occasion, an iPad, a wallet and cash were stolen from a residence.

Elmcroft Blvd., 600 block, 10 a.m. Oct. 27 to 1:18 p.m. Oct. 29. A power drill and a compass were stolen from a garage at a residence.

Gibbs St., 100 block, 11 p.m. Nov. 4 to 12:15 a.m. Nov. 5. A wallet was stolen from a purse at a restaurant.

Grandin Ave., 300 block, 1:29 p.m. Oct. 29. A 30-year-old woman was charged with theft and with resisting arrest.

Hungerford Dr., 100 block, 2 p.m. Oct. 26 to 7:30 a.m. Oct. 27. A large amount of copper fittings and copper welding-leads were stolen from a building under construction.

King Farm Blvd., 800 block, 10 a.m. Oct. 30 to 8 a.m. Oct. 31. Several copper pipes were stolen from a stairwell in a parking garage.

Martins Lane, 300 block, Oct. 29 to Nov. 4. Cash and credit cards were stolen from a locked locker at a recreational facility.

Monroe St., unit block, 1 to 2 a.m. Nov. 1. A camera, a checkbook and a credit card were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Rockland Ave., 1900 block, 7:02 to 7:31 p.m. Oct. 26. A 19-year-old man was arrested on charges that included theft and being rogue and vagabond.

Rockville Pike, 1100 block, 4 to 8 p.m. Oct. 21. A laptop computer was stolen from an apartment entered through an unlocked balcony door.

Rockville Pike, 1600 block, 5 to 5:15 p.m. Oct. 31. A wallet was stolen from a shopping cart at a store.

Rockville Pike, 1700 block, 4:55 p.m. Nov. 1. A man took a jacket from a display at a store, then fled with an accomplice through an emergency exit. The two men drove away in a light-blue 2006 Chrysler Pacifica.

Rollins Ave., 200 block, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Oct. 24. Jewelry was stolen from an apartment.

Shady Grove Rd., 14900 block, 2:30 to 11 a.m. Nov. 4. Property was stolen from a vehicle.

Stonestreet Ave., 200 block, 3:30 to 3:35 p.m. Nov. 2. A cellphone was stolen from a counter at a convenience store.

Richard Montgomery Dr., 200 block, 1:40 p.m. Oct. 25. An 18-year-old man carrying a weapon was arrested at a school. Charges included possession of a firearm on school property and possession of ammunition.

Flower Ave., 8500 block, 2:15 p.m. Nov. 2. A female was threatened and robbed. A 19-year-old woman was charged with robbery.

Flower Ave., 8300 block, 8 p.m. Nov. 2. Two men, ages 18 and 26, were arrested on charges that included possession of a handgun in a vehicle.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Ritchie Ave., 100 block, 8:32 a.m. Nov. 5. An attempt was made to steal a bicycle by cutting the lock.

University Blvd., 1300 block, 1:01 a.m. Nov. 3. A female stole merchandise from a store.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Lee Ave., 100 block, 11 p.m. Nov. 2. A green 1999 Dodge Caravan was stolen from a parking lot using keys that had been left inside.
