SEXUAL ASSAULT

Autre Ct., 1200 block, 2 a.m. April 26. A sexual offense occurred. The assailant knew the victim.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Fisher Ave., 19900 block, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. April 29. An attempt was made to enter a residence by force.

Flints Grove Pl., 14700 block, 7:45 a.m. April 30. Property was stolen from a residence.

Frederick Rd., 16100 block, 6 p.m. April 27 to 11 a.m. April 28. Property was stolen from an automobile dealership entered by force.

Gude Dr. E., 500 block, 2:20 a.m. April 30. Property was stolen from a restaurant entered by force.

Upper Rock Cir., unit block, 10:45 p.m. April 23 to 4 a.m. April 24. Property was stolen from a vehicle in a garage entered by force.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT

Golden Oak Terr., 3 p.m. April 24. A vehicle was stolen. An 18-year-old Clarksburg man and two Germantown males, 15 and 18, were arrested.

ASSAULT

St. Elmo Ave., 4900 block, 1:15 a.m. April 26. Three men assaulted someone and fled.

ROBBERY

Wisconsin Ave., 5400 block, 11 a.m. April 30. Several masked people entered a jewelry store, smashed a display case, grabbed property and fled in a black Dodge Charger.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Brooklawn Terr., 3300 block, 5 p.m. April 30. A break-in occurred at a residence. A 32-year-old Culpeper, Va., man was arrested.

Detrick Ave., 10300 block, 8:45 a.m. April 28. A residence was entered by force.

Kincaid Terr., 3900 block, 10 to 10:30 a.m. March 27. An attempt was made to enter a residence by force.

St. Elmo, Wisconsin and Woodmont avenues and Old Georgetown Rd., April 22 to 30. Laptops, cellphones, clothing and cash were among items stolen from five vehicles. Three of them were entered by force.

Wisconsin Ave., 7300 block, April 26 to 29. Property was stolen from a business entered by force.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

Gist Ave., 600 block, 3:15 p.m. April 29. A man exposed himself to someone.

Lockwood Dr., 11500 block, 11:43 p.m. April 24. A person assaulted an acquaintance.

ROBBERIES

Garland Ave., 8600 block, 8:32 p.m. April 25. A male described as wearing torn clothes robbed a person of property.

New Hampshire Ave. and Oakview Dr., 12:02 a.m. May 1. Four males stole property from a pedestrian.

Spring St., 1100 block, 1:30 a.m. April 28. Three males, one with a weapon, threatened and robbed a person of property.

Stewart and April lanes, 9:49 p.m. April 29. A man assaulted and robbed a person of property.

Walden Rd., 8900 block, 12:15 p.m. April 28. Two males with a weapon threatened and robbed a person of property.

Colesville Rd., 8700 block, 8 p.m. April 23 to 8 a.m. April 24. Property was stolen from a mental health clinic entered by force.

East-West Hwy., 1100 block, 11:45 p.m. April 26. A break-in occurred at a restaurant.

ASSAULT

Fern St., 11300 block, 11:35 a.m. April 27. A 49-year-old Silver Spring man struck a parking enforcement employee with his vehicle after the employee issued him a parking ticket. The man was arrested.

ROBBERIES

Amherst Ave. and Elkin St., 12:45 a.m. April 26. Three people assaulted and robbed a person of property.

Blueridge Ave. and Elkin St., 8:30 p.m. April 26. Two males threatened a person with a weapon and took property.

Ladd St., 1500 block, 5:17 p.m. April 24. A 21-year-old man was arrested for forcefully taking property from a person.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Ashton Rd., 1000 block, 8 p.m. April 29 to 9:39 a.m. April 30. Property was stolen from a landscaping and garden center entered by force.

Ednor Rd., 1700 block, April 23 to 24. A break-in occurred at a horse farm.

Garrett Park Rd., 4200 block, April 26 to 28. Property was stolen from a residence.

Grandview Ave., 11100 block, 8 p.m. April 26 to 9:15 a.m. April 27. Property was stolen from a nail salon.

Jones Lane, 2400 block, April 25 to 26. Vehicle parts and a pair of sunglasses were stolen from a vehicle.

Century Blvd., April 27 to 28. A video game console, video games, a purse and cosmetics were among items stolen from two vehicles parked in commercial lots.

Hickory Forest Way, 21100 block, 9:20 p.m. April 24 to 12:20 a.m. April 25. Property was stolen from a residence.

Stone Hollow Dr., 18400 block, 1 p.m. April 24. A residence was entered by force.

Sweetgum Cir., 20000 block, 4:45 p.m. April 26. Property was stolen from a residence. A 17-year-old Germantown male was arrested.

Germantown Rd., 19700 block, 2:15 p.m. April 23. An 18-year-old Gaithersburg man was arrested for stealing a vehicle.

Giant Ct., 13500 block, April 26 to 30. A 20-year-old Germantown man was arrested for stealing a vehicle.

Highstream Dr., 18900 block, April 26 to 30. An attempt was made to steal a vehicle.

SEXUAL ASSAULT

Flagler Dr., 800 block, 6 p.m. April 24. A person sexually assaulted an acquaintance.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Fields Rd., 9400 block, 4 a.m. April 28. A veterinary hospital was entered by force. Nothing was reported missing.

Fields Rd., 9400 block, 2:15 a.m. April 30. A 26-year-old man of no fixed address entered a veterinary hospital by force and was later arrested. Nothing was reported missing.

Game Preserve Rd., 10800 block, 1:30 to 3:45 a.m. April 30. Property was stolen from a residence. There was no sign of forced entry.

Grazing Way, 20200 block, 9 to 9:30 a.m. April 25. A break-in occurred at a residence. There was no sign of forced entry and nothing was reported missing.

Muncaster Mill Rd., 7900 block, April 24. A break-in occurred at a residence. There was no sign of forced entry and nothing was reported missing.

ASSAULTS

Azalea Dr., 600 block, April 24. A 47-year-old man was arrested May 1 and charged with second-degree assault and false imprisonment.

Monroe St., 200 block, May 6. A 17-year-old male was charged as an adult with three counts of robbery, three counts of theft, two counts of second-degree assault, and one count of first-degree assault. The male also had an open warrant in Prince George’s County for cutting off his ankle monitor. The warrant was served at the time of processing.

Prettyman Dr., 300 block, 7:29 p.m. May 1 to 5:44 p.m. May 5. A 24-year-old man was arrested and charged with fourth-degree burglary, second-degree assault, trespassing and resisting arrest following two incidents at the same location.

Research Ct., unit block, 10:14 a.m. April 26. A 54-year-old woman was arrested for two counts of second-degree assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, trespassing and failing to obey a lawful order.

ROBBERY

Bouic Ave., unit block, 8:50 p.m. May 5. Two males exited a vehicle and accosted a female pedestrian. They grabbed the woman’s purse, causing her to fall to the ground. The men fled in a red Toyota Corolla.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Ashleigh Woods Ct., 2000 block, 11:40 a.m. April 26. A residence was entered by force through a sliding glass door in the basement. Nothing was reported missing.

Bradley Ave., 300 block, 10 a.m. April 28 to 7 p.m. April 29. An iPhone was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Cove Lane, 14000 block, 5 p.m. April 26 to 9 a.m. April 27. Tools were stolen from a vehicle.

Edmonston Dr., 600 block, 10 p.m. April 27 to noon April 28. A tire and a wheel were stolen from a vehicle.

Hungerford Dr., 800 block, 8:57 p.m. May 4. Cash, a driver’s license and two credit cards were stolen from a wallet inside a vehicle.

Lynch St., 100 block, 10 p.m. April 26 to 5 a.m. April 27. Two lawn chairs were stolen from a residential yard.

Rockville Pike, 1600 block, 5:48 a.m. May 4. A break-in occurred at a business. Nothing was reported missing.

Rockville Pike, 1700 block, 6:30 p.m. April 26 to 9 a.m. April 27. A laptop and a briefcase were stolen from a vehicle.

ASSAULTS

New Hampshire Ave., 7400 block, 9:07 a.m. May 5. A 19-year-old man was arrested for assaulting a female during an argument.

Philadelphia Ave., 100 block, 5:51 p.m. May 6. Two males, 15 and 18, attacked and punched a male pedestrian and were arrested. The pedestrian sustained minor injuries.

ROBBERY

Holly Ave., 7300 block, 9:28 p.m. April 7. Two males accosted a female pedestrian walking from a Metro station. One of them assaulted the female with a blunt object, and snatched her iPad. They fled to a waiting vehicle on Birch Avenue.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Carroll Ave., 6900 block, 9:35 a.m. May 8. Four laptop computers were stolen from unlocked offices at a business center.

University Blvd., 1300 block, 11:07 p.m. May 5. Three people distracted a store employee, took merchandise and fled.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT

Eastern Ave., 6400 block, 9 a.m. May 9. A door lock on a vehicle was damaged after someone attempted to steal it.
