1 Condominium building. 4825 Montgomery Lane, Bethesda. A site plan for a four-unit condominium building on about a quarter of an acre at Montgomery and West lanes, Bethesda. (8-20130150)

2Retail space. Adventist HealthCare, Rockville. A development plan amendment to convert 484,000 square feet of office space on 283 acres to retail space to pursue a proposed shopping center on the west side of Interstate 270 and Route 121, Clarksburg. (DPA-13-02)

3Mixed residential. Pulte Home, Fairfax. A preliminary plan of subdivision for 1,007 residential units and a mixture of single-family and townhouse lots on 538 acres in the northwest quadrant of Route 121 and West Old Baltimore Road, Clarksburg. (7-20130060)

4Mixed-use development. 900 Thayer Ave., the District. An amended preliminary plan for the three-quarter-acre site includes 124 apartments, 18,200 square feet of office space and 5,282 square feet of retail space in the southwest quadrant of Thayer Avenue and Fenton Street, Silver Spring. 5Mixed-use development. 8415 Fenton, Silver Spring. A site plan for a new church, an apartment complex with 259 apartments and 47,878 square feet of retail space and institutional space on the east side of Fenton Street between Wayne Avenue and Bonifant Street, Silver Spring. (8-20130050)

6Warehouse building. Rickenbacker Associates, Gaithersburg. A site plan for a 31,820-square-foot warehouse on Rickenbacker Drive, 1,000 feet west of Woodfield Road, Gaithersburg. (8-20130020)

7Mixed-use development. Twinbrook Partners, Chevy Chase. A site plan for the first phase of development at Twinbrook Metroplace will include 407 multifamily apartments, 140,000 square feet of office space, 13,500 feet of retail space and a health club on the east side of Route 355, north of Halpine Road, Rockville. 8Mixed-use development. Lerner, Rockville. The “active adult” housing project on property that is currently a golf course driving range will include 1900 residential units, 1.1 million square feet of office space and about 95,000 feet of retail space on 171 acres at Crystal Rock Drive, north of Kinster Drive, Germantown. 9Condominium. Bethesda Commerce, McLean. A project plan application for a 120-unit block residential building at 7535 Old Georgetown Rd., Bethesda. (9-20130030)

Shopping mall expansion. Gensler, the District. To build a $3.6 million expansion, including a new theater and changes to the food court, to the Westfield Montgomery shopping mall on Democracy Boulevard, Bethesda.
