June Galuardi, 83, a Potomac homemaker involved in Republican women’s clubs in Montgomery County, died July 28 at Montgomery Hospice’s Casey House in Rockville. She had pneumonia.
The death was confirmed by her husband, John “Jack” Galuardi.

June Louise Huston was born in Brownsville, Pa. She settled in the Washington area in the early 1950s and spent a few years as an operator with the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Co.
Besides her husband of 59 years, of Potomac, survivors include three sons, John Galuardi Jr. of Urbana, Md., Brian Galuardi of Rowlett, Tex., and Christopher Galuardi of Berlin, Md.; two sisters; a brother; and seven grandchildren.
