‘Occupy Congress’ holds day-long protest at Capitol, then rallies at Supreme Court, near White House

Protesters affiliated with Occupy Wall Street waved signs and chanted against a barrier of police on the U.S. Capitol grounds Tuesday, then took their agenda across the city.
