Quarterhorse Lane, 12700 block, 5:02 a.m. July 13. A man searched a vehicle inside an open garage of a residence. He fled empty-handed when a resident approached.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

Main St., 9400 block, July 8. A female juvenile who had run away from home was found standing in front of a hotel with a man. A 20-year-old Manassas man was charged with crimes against nature and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

ASSAULTS

Cloverhill Rd., 9600 block, 12:05 p.m. July 11. During an argument, a man pushed a female relative and held her down A Manassas man was arrested.

Grant Ave. and Prince William St., 11:40 p.m. July 10. A group of 10 to 15 people assaulted a man.

Merrimack Dr., 9000 block, 5:45 p.m. July 11. During an argument, a man slapped a female relative and attempted to choke her. A 43-year-old Manassas man was arrested.

West St., 9000 block, July 14. An intoxicated woman assaulted several relatives. A 24-year-old Manassas woman was arrested.

ROBBERIES

Centreville Rd., 9000 block, 10:15 p.m. July 11. Two men robbed a male of cash at knifepoint as a third person waited in a white vehicle.

Cherry St., 8900 block, 11:40 p.m. July 12. A male on a bike grabbed a bag from a woman walking to her vehicle. The woman held onto the bag and was dragged. She attempted to hit the male with a can she had been holding. Most of the contents of the bag fell out, including her purse. The man fled with the bag.

Kirby St., 8400 block, 11:40 p.m. July 4. A group of four or five people accosted a male pedestrian, who was hit with a bottle and bitten. They attempted to rob him of his sneakers. The pedestrian was treated for injuries.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

Wellington Rd., 9700 block, 12:50 p.m. July 16. A male pedestrian exposed himself to a female juvenile.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Cloudberry Way, 9300 block, 4:50 a.m. July 16. Tools were stolen from a residence. Two bottles of champagne were found in the driveway.

Floweree Lane, 10300 block, 1 a.m. to noon July 13. Cash was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Grant Ave., 9400 block, 9:55 a.m. July 13. A convenience store clerk stole cash from a wallet that had been left in the store. A 51-year-old Chantilly woman was arrested.

Liberia Ave., 9600 block, 8:50 p.m. July 12. A man in a store took money from a cash register. A clerk chased the man but was unable to stop him.

Main St., 9800 block, 3 p.m. July 12 to 1:15 p.m. July 13. A cellphone and a license plate were stolen from a vehicle entered through an open window.

Sudley Rd., 8600 block, 8:30 p.m. July 1 to 11:50 p.m. July 14. A computer tablet was stolen from a business.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Bartow St., 6:30 p.m. July 16. A male juvenile stole a moped. A 16-year-old male was arrested.
