BRISTOW AREA

ASSAULTS

Placid Lake Ct., 8600 block, 7 a.m. Sept. 22. A man assaulted a female acquaintance and forced her into a vehicle. As they traveled to another location, the man continued to assault the woman. Her forced her into a building in Dumfries, where she was able to call police. A 24-year-old Bristow man was arrested.

DUMFRIES AREA

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Clancy Dr., 3000 block, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sept. 19. A laptop computer and a camera were stolen from a residence entered by breaking a rear basement door.

MANASSAS AREA

ASSAULTS

Shoppers Sq., 8300 block, 2:30 p.m. Sept. 17. A woman in a parking lot began arguing with a female acquaintance in a vehicle. The woman hit the acquaintance with her keys and a high-heel shoe. A female passenger attempted to intervene and was also assaulted. A 43-year-old Manassas woman was arrested.

ROBBERIES

Fincastle Dr. and Three Otters Pl., 10:44 p.m. Sept. 21. Two males implying they had a weapon assaulted two male juvenile pedestrians and robbed them of cash and a cellphone.

WOODBRIDGE AREA

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

Cloverdale Rd., 14800 block, 1:20 p.m. Sept. 21. A man began asking a girl questions and approached her. When the girl attempted to walk past him, the man exposed himself and touched her inappropriately.

ASSAULTS

Walnut St., 1500 block, 9:25 p.m. Sept. 21. During an argument, a man hit a male acquaintance with a baseball bat. The acquaintance was treated for injuries. A 20-year-old Woodbridge man was arrested.

ROBBERIES

Dale Blvd., 4800 block, 10:49 p.m. Sept. 21. A gunman robbed a restaurant of cash.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Flotsam Lane, 16300 block, 9 p.m. Sept. 19 to 5 a.m. Sept. 20. A TV and a bike were stolen from a residence entered through an open garage door.

Indiana Ave., 1400 block, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 19. Someone entered a residence through an unlocked rear door. Nothing was reported stolen.

Kidwell Dr., 12900 block, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 18. Three laptop computers, a video game system and other items were stolen from a residence.

Marlboro Ct., 12200 block, 5 p.m. Aug. 26 to 3:30 p.m. Sept. 22. A TV and a lawn mower were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked rear door.
