DUMFRIES AREA
ASSAULTS

Larkin Dr., 17100 block, 1:04 a.m. Oct. 3. During an argument, a man with a knife cut a female acquaintance on the arm. When a female relative of the woman attempted to intervene, the man punched her The first woman was treated for injuries. A 33-year-old Dumfries man was arrested.

WEAPONS

Dumfries Rd. and I-95, 12:45 p.m. Sept. 24. A male motorist approached a vehicle after the driver had cut in front of his vehicle. When the motorist returned to his vehicle, he pointed a firearm at the other driver. No injuries were reported. A 53-year-old Woodbridge man was arrested.

ROBBERIES

Jefferson Davis Hwy., 16800 block, 11:58 p.m. Sept. 27. A man with a shotgun robbed a convenience store of cash.

Old Stage Rd., 16900 block, 12:29 a.m. Sept. 27. A gunman robbed a hotel of cash.

Wayside Dr. and Jefferson Davis Hwy., 7:24 p.m. Oct. 2. Two men approached a male pedestrian, who was then struck with a blunt object and robbed of cash.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Chesapeake Dr., 3100 block, 9 p.m. Sept. 24 to 9 p.m. Sept. 26. Someone attempted to enter a residence by prying screens from several windows.

GAINESVILLE AREA
ASSAULTS

Old Linton Hall Rd., 7500 block, 1:22 a.m. Sept. 30. During an argument, a man in a restaurant hit a male acquaintance on the head with a glass bottle. The acquaintance was treated for injuries. A 22-year-old Remington man was arrested.

HAYMARKET AREA
WEAPONS

Jefferson St. and I-66, 2:30 a.m. Sept. 26. Someone fired an “air-soft” gun at a moving police cruiser, denting the vehicle. A 19-year-old man was arrested.

MANASSAS AREA
ROBBERIES

Coverstone Dr., 10900 block, 5:58 p.m. Sept. 27. A man grabbed a necklace from a female pedestrian, knocking her to the ground. The necklace broke, and the man fled.

Hiram Ct. and Notre Dame St., 4:33 p.m. Sept. 26. A man assaulted a male pedestrian and robbed him of a necklace.

Portsmouth Rd., 10100 block, 4:30 p.m. Sept. 29. A male juvenile grabbed a necklace from a female pedestrian. The necklace broke, and the juvenile fled in a vehicle.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

Willoughby Lane, 7500 block, 11:57 a.m. Sept. 30. A man exposed himself to a woman standing on an apartment balcony. A 29-year-old Manassas man was arrested.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Dublin Rd., 9500 block, 4:30 to 6:10 p.m. Sept. 29. A laptop computer, a video game system, a camera and jewelry were stolen from a residence entered by forcing a rear door.

Pembridge Rd., 7800 block, 8:40 to 11 a.m. Sept. 26. Someone entered a residence through an unlocked door and moved several items. Nothing was reported stolen.

Rugby Rd., 9000 block, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 25. A firearm, a laptop computer and a camera were stolen from a residence entered by removing an air conditioner from a window.

Running Deer Rd., 12300 block, 8:15 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 1. Two laptop computers, two TVs, two video game systems, games and jewelry were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked window.

Shallow Creek Loop, 9900 block, 9:29 a.m. Sept. 28. A male juvenile entered a residence through a rear window. Nothing was reported stolen. A 16-year-old Manassas male was arrested.

Well St., 7600 block, 6:55 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sept. 28. A video game system and jewelry were stolen from a residence entered by forcing a side door.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Fifth Ave., 200 block, 8:01 p.m. Sept. 30. A man attempted to enter a residence by damaging a window. He fled when a resident left the residence.

Belleau Woods Dr., 19300 block, 4:20 a.m. Sept. 23. A male robbed a woman of cash at gunpoint.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Joplin Rd., 18400 block, 12:01 a.m. Sept. 15 to 10:30 a.m. Sept. 25. Truck batteries, rims, tires and tools were stolen from a business entered by breaking a glass bay door.

Wharf Lane, 3600 block, midnight Aug. 24 to 3 p.m. Sept. 24. Someone attempted to enter a residence by damaging a front door.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

Hale Ct., 11:28 p.m. Oct. 2. A man sexually assaulted a female juvenile acquaintance. A 24-year-old Woodbridge man was arrested.

ASSAULTS

Dale Blvd., 4400 block, 9:40 p.m. Sept. 29. A man assaulted two male acquaintances. As the man was being arrested, he also reportedly kicked a police officer’s leg. A 26-year-old Woodbridge man was arrested.

Cherrydale Dr., 15000 block, 7 to 11 a.m. Sept. 25. A laptop computer and jewelry were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked rear door.

Donald Curtis Dr., 15900 block, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Oct. 1. A laptop computer, a video game system and a camera were stolen from a residence entered through an open rear window.

Edgewater Dr., 14700 block, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 28. Cash and jewelry were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked window.

Emberdale Dr., 14900 block, 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Oct. 1. A laptop computer and a video game system were stolen from a residence entered through an open rear window.

Flint Hill Pl., 3300 block, 8 a.m. to 6:20 p.m. Oct. 1. A camera, an MP3 player and jewelry were stolen from a residence entered by breaking a rear window.

Frishman Ct., 4900 block, 8 to 10 p.m. Sept. 25. A bike was stolen from a garage.

George Frye Cir., 4300 block, 2:13 a.m. Sept. 27. Two men stole a saw from a garage.

Golansky Blvd., 3100 block, 2 a.m. Sept. 30. Someone attempted to enter a business by breaking a front window.

Hardy Ct., 13300 block, 9 to 10:40 a.m. Sept. 26. A firearm and cash were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked rear door.

Lost Canyon Ct., 15000 block, 9:01 p.m. Sept. 5. A man knocked on a window of an acquaintance’s residence, then forcibly entered and confronted the woman. A male occupant called police, and the man fled. A 32-year-old Woodbridge man was arrested.

Mapledale Ave., 14200 block, 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sept. 25. A laptop computer, two video game systems and jewelry were stolen from a residence entered by forcing a rear door.

Neddleton Ave., 5500 block, 2 to 5:30 p.m. Oct. 1. Someone entered a residence by breaking a rear glass door. Nothing was reported stolen.

Artillery Rd., 8500 block, 4:45 to 9:30 p.m. Oct. 1. A necklace was stolen from a residence.

Jackson Ave., 8600 block, 9:30 p.m. Oct. 1. Someone entered a residence by forcing a rear door. Nothing was reported stolen.

West St., 9400 block, 10 p.m. Sept. 29 to 11:30 a.m. Sept. 30. Cash was stolen from a business.

VANDALISM

Caspian Way, 9300 block, 9 p.m. Sept. 23 to 9:30 p.m. Sept. 28. Grease was poured on a rear patio, and a screen of a patio door was torn.

Manassas Park
