Palisades Dr., 11 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., Jan. 27. Cash and two dozen knives were stolen from a residence.

ASSAULTS
H.G. Trueman Rd., 10:15 a.m., Jan. 24. While being served with a warrant, a man attacked a police officer. A 28-year-old Lusby man was charged with assault on a police officer. No injuries were reported.
PORT REPUBLIC AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
Timberwood Trail, Jan. 1 to Jan. 28. Property was stolen from a residence.
SUNDERLAND AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
Route 2, 1:56 a.m., Jan. 23. A CD player was stolen from a vehicle parked at a commuter lot. A 21-year-old Lothian man and a 21-year-old Dunkirk man were charged with theft and destruction of property.

A.G. Supply Pl., 5:40 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Jan. 30. A video game system, games and coins were stolen from a residence.

Port Tobacco Rd., 7700 block, 2:21 p.m., Jan. 29. Equipment was stolen from a shed and a field.
WALDORF AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS
Mattawoman Dr., 12400 block, 9:18 a.m., Jan. 27. Steel and copper pipes were stolen from a business.
Rubina Pl., 11000 block, Jan. 24 to Jan. 27. Gasoline was stolen from vehicles at a storage facility.
Waldorf, Jan. 30. A 33-year-old Waldorf man and a 33-year-old Waldorf woman were arrested in connection with several incidents of recyclable metal thefts in the area. Charges included burglary, theft, destruction of property and possession of burglar’s tools.
HOME INVASION INCIDENTS
Mockingbird Cir., 4200 block, 11:35 a.m., Jan. 26. Three men forced their way into a residence at gunpoint and then fled with property. Three Waldorf men, ages 20, 20 and 21, were charged with assault, armed robbery, burglary and theft.

Eighteen Wheel Dr., Jan. 27. During an argument at residence, a man punched holes in a wall. An 18-year-old Lexington Park man was charged with destruction of property.
MECHANICSVILLE AREA
ASSAULTS
Mechanicsville, Jan. 28. During a dispute at a residence, a man pushed an acquaintance and assaulted someone who tried to intervene. A 38-year-old man was charged with two counts of second-degree assault and one count of violation of a protective order.
