PRINCE FREDERICK AREA
ROBBERIES

Steeple Chase Dr., 4:23 a.m. Oct. 30. Two men threatened and robbed a dental office employee near the office. A Lusby man, 21, was charged with armed robbery, first-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000, reckless endangerment and rogue and vagabond. The other assailant has been identified. An investigation was continuing.

Charles County

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Chicamuxen Rd., 7100 block, Oct. 12 to 13. A briefcase was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

LA PLATA AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Paps Pkwy., 8600 block, 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 14. An attempt was made to enter a residence by removing a screen from a window. Nothing was reported missing.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Crain Hwy., 7700 block, Oct. 13 to 14. A 45-foot-long Cedar Creek Silverback trailer was stolen from a parking lot.

WALDORF AREA
ROBBERIES

Amber Leaf Pl., 2000 block, 8:55 p.m. Oct. 12. A man sitting outside a building was robbed at gunpoint.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Elm St., 4000 block, Oct. 10 to 11. Property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Nicholas Rd., 1500 block, Oct. 10 to 11. Property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

Lakewood Pl. and Route 5, 3:15 a.m. Oct. 12. A man taken into custody after a traffic stop kicked and damaged a door, a window frame and glass. A La Plata man, 26, was arrested on charges that included destruction of property and drug possession.

WHITE PLAINS AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Stoneybrook Rd., 3800 block, Oct. 11 to 12. Silver and jewelry were among property stolen from a residence.

St. Mary’s County

ROBBERIES

California, Oct. 15. A Lexington Park man, 19, was arrested in connection with the attempted armed robbery of a pizza delivery person in September.

ASSAULTS

Garrison Ct., Oct. 12. During an argument, a woman choked an acquaintance. A California woman, 29, was charged with second-degree assault.

Garrison Ct., Oct. 13. During an argument, a woman struck an acquaintance in the head with a bottle. A Hollywood woman, 51, was charged with second-degree assault.

GREAT MILLS AREA
ASSAULTS

Glen Oak Ct., Oct. 14. During an argument, a man punched and scratched an acquaintance. A Great Mills man, 33, was charged with second-degree assault.

HOLLYWOOD AREA
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Three Notch Rd., 3:05 a.m, Oct. 11. During an investigation of an auto accident, it was determined that a vehicle had been stolen. A Ridge woman, 50, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle.
