28th St., Nov. 13 to Nov. 14. A backpack was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
Bayside Rd., 1:15 to 5 p.m., Nov. 12. A Mongoose BMX bicycle was stolen from the back yard of a residence.
Chesapeake Beach, 8:30 to 11 p.m., Nov. 12. A helmet was stolen from a fire department engine vehicle parked at a supermarket.
Chesapeake Beach, 1:30 p.m., Nov. 15. A wallet was stolen from a purse in a shopping cart at a supermarket.
Chesapeake Beach, 3:30 p.m., Nov. 9. DVDs were stolen from a library.
Moffat Run, Nov. 12 to Nov. 13. A phone charger and smokers’ accessories were stolen from a vehicle.
16th St., Nov. 14 to Nov. 15. A garage door window was broken.
Amber Lane, 10:54 a.m., Nov. 14. A generator and a pressure washer were stolen from a garage and a shed at a residence.
Golden West Way, 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 13. A laptop computer and DVDs were stolen from a residence.
H.G. Trueman Rd., Nov. 12. A set of chrome wheels and tires was stolen from the back yard of a residence.
Dogwood Dr., Nov. 15 to Nov. 16. Two tires were deflated on a vehicle parked at a residence.
Lusby, 8 a.m. to noon, Nov. 13. A window was smashed on a vehicle parked at an elementary school,
Keith Lane, Nov. 17 to Nov. 18. Four tires and a battery were stolen from a parking lot at a business.

LA PLATA AREA
Royal Oak Dr., 9700 block, noon, Nov. 16. The remains of an infant were found in an attic at a residence. The state Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is conducting an investigation.
WHITE PLAINS AREA
Glymont Rd., 12:57 p.m., Nov. 21. Paper was set on fire inside a vacant shed. Two youths were charged with second-degree arson.
St. Mary’s County

California area, Nov. 15. A home-improvement store employee stole cash from the business. A Lexington Park woman, 23, was charged with theft scheme and theft valued at more than $1,000.
California area, Nov. 19. Seven iPhones were stolen from a store. An employee of the business was arrested on charges that included theft valued at more than $1,000.
Riverside Dr., Nov. 16. During an argument, a man attacked an acquaintance. A Hollywood man, 21, was charged with second-degree assault. No serious injuries were reported.
Three Coves Rd., Nov. 17. A door was damaged during an attempt to break into a residence. A Hollywood man, 28, was arrested at the scene on charges that included destruction of property.
LEXINGTON PARK AREA
Baywoods Rd., 1:23 a.m., Nov. 17. A District Heights man, 24, was found suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Liberty St., Nov. 15. During an argument, a man pushed an acquaintance against a door. A Lexington Park man, 26, was charged with second-degree assault.
Mechanicsville area, Nov. 21. A 43-year-old Mechanicsville man was arrested in connection with a bar fight and stabbing incident in Charlotte Hall on Oct. 26. Charges included assault, reckless endangerment and possession of a dangerous weapon.
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS
Killpeck Creek Ct., Nov. 15. A 2006 Honda Element parked in front of a business was stolen ny using a key that had been left inside. A Hyattsville man, 19, was arrested on charges that included theft of a motor vehicle and being rogue and vagabond.
PARK HALL AREA
Park Hall, 1:46 a.m., Nov. 17. During a fight in a bar, a man suffered a minor stab wound. A California man, 33, was charged with first-and second-degree assault.
