Sandalwood Dr., 2200 block, Feb. 10 to 13. A dishwasher was stolen from a residence entered by kicking in a door.
Sextant Pl., 10400 block, Jan. 31. Electronic items, cellphones, jewelry, a camera and clothes were among property stolen from a residence entered by force. Three men, ages 19, 28 and 32, were arrested on burglary and theft charges. The 28-year-old, of Waldorf, was additionally charged with filing a false report with police.
Waldorf Market Pl., 300 block, 4:40 p.m. Feb. 10. A purse was stolen from a vehicle that was entered by breaking a window. A man seen fleeing with the property was arrested after he tripped over a curb and fell while trying to flee the area. A Temple Hills man, 36, was charged with theft and destruction of property.
Wildmeadows St., 11400 block, 1:50 a.m. Feb. 9. An attempt was made to steal a wheel from a vehicle.
Berry Rd., Feb. 12. Graffiti threatening that a bomb would be set off in a middle school were found in a bathroom. A 12-year-old female was charged with destruction of property and making arson threats.
Jenny Lynn Lane, 12:45 a.m. Feb. 9. At a party, a male fired a gun, hitting a man who was treated at a hospital. An investigation was continuing.
Coronado Dr., 45000 block, 1:22 a.m. Feb. 11. During a fight, a 23-year-old man was shot in the lower abdomen and leg. He was flown to Prince George’s Hospital for treatment. An investigation was continuing.
Great Mills, Feb. 10. A man attacked another man during a court-ordered visit to a residence. A Great Mills man, 49, was charged with second-degree assault. No serious injuries were reported.
Glouchester Ct., Feb. 10. During an argument, a man attacked an acquaintance. A Lexington Park man, 29, was charged with second-degree assault. No serious injuries were reported.
St. Inigoes, 9:25 p.m. Feb. 7. Two men forced their way into a residence. During a struggle, an occupant was shot. Robert L. McDowney, 37, was pronounced dead at the scene. A Laurel man, 31, and a Lexington Park man, 29, were charged with conspiracy to commit felony murder and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
