CHESAPEAKE BEACH AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Chavez Lane, 4:19 p.m. Feb. 22. A wedding ring was stolen from a home.

DUNKIRK AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Golden Russet Ct., Feb. 13 to Feb. 20. An attempt was made to enter a residence by forcing windows.

Owensville Ct., Feb. 22. Electronic items and a pistol were stolen from a residence.

HUNTINGTOWN AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Hunting Creek Rd., Feb. 1 to 23. Two spools of wire were stolen from a barn.

Ridge Rd., Jan. 1 to Feb. 18. Oil was stolen from a tank at a home.

Marley Run, Feb. 24. Mailboxes and solar lighting were damaged at homes in the area.

LUSBY AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Great Lane, Feb. 20 to Feb. 21. A purse was stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence.

San Jose Lane, Feb. 23. An attempt was made to enter a residence by kicking in a front door.

VANDALISM

Hemlock Rd., Feb. 22 to Feb. 23. A vehicle window was broken.

NORTH BEACH AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Seventh St., Feb. 18 to Feb. 19. Medication was among property stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence.

PORT REPUBLIC AREA
VANDALISM

Grays Rd., Feb. 20 to Feb. 21. A vehicle window was shattered.

PRINCE FREDERICK AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Schooner Lane, Feb. 18 to Feb. 19. A 14-foot enclosed trailer was stolen from a business.

ST. LEONARD AREA
VANDALISM

St. Leonard Rd., 12:08 p.m. Feb. 21. A vehicle’s finish was damaged and a door was dented.

ARSON

Leonard Ct., Oct. 5. An investigation into a fire at a single-family home determined that it had been set. A man and woman, both 32, were charged with first-degree arson and insurance fraud.

Hancock Run Rd., 5:12 a.m. Feb. 26. A 2005 BMW that had been reported stolen was recovered. It had been destroyed by fire.

NEWBURG AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Newburg, 7:45 a.m. Feb. 23. Piping was stolen from a room at a motel. Doors at the motel were damaged.

WALDORF AREA
ROBBERIES

Meadow Pl., 5:20 p.m. Feb. 26. Two males wearing ski masks threatened someone and fled with a wallet.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Aubrey Jameson Sr. Pl., 13000 block, Feb. 26 to Feb. 27. A generator was stolen from a shed.

Council Oak Dr., 12500 block, 4 to 5:30 p.m. Feb. 21. A laptop computer was stolen from a residence.

Crain Hwy., 4400 block, Feb. 26 to Feb. 27. A four-wheeler and a small motorcycle were stolen from a storage yard at a business.

Fawn Ct., 2100 block, 8:45 p.m. Feb. 23. An attempt was made to pry open a door at a residence. An occupant saw a vehicle flee the area.

Irongate Dr., Feb. 25 to Feb. 26. A laptop computer was stolen from a business.

Irongate Dr., Feb. 23 to Feb. 25. A trailer was stolen from a parking lot.

Paul Mellon Ct., 100 block, 8:20 a.m. Feb. 25. Cash was stolen from a business entered by forcing a door.

GREAT MILLS AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Three Notch Rd., Feb. 21. Cash was stolen from a department store. A Great Mills man, 22, employed by the store, was charged with theft, theft scheme, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

MECHANICSVILLE AREA
ARSON

Woodburn Hill Rd., 12:47 a.m. March 24. The interior of a 2001 Ford E-250 van was set on fire, destroying the vehicle.
